Online customer support Kamal was available to answer my query late in the night which was very impressive. Love to order through Flower Aura due to the easy browsing and various options available and quick delivery. Kudos to the team.

They don't deserve 1 star also. I ordered for a cake and bookey for my Mom's birthday because I am out of town right now. I asked to deliver at my home in the morning and they delivered it in the evening even after raising a complaint. In contrary to that they didn't deliver the boo-key. When I called them they say it will be delivered tomorrow. Common, are you guys seriously running a business? Wouldn't recommend at all.

Order No *******. Stale fruit cake was delivered in Jalandhar on my Mother's birthday ie 28 Sep. This was reported t customer care however no action was taken. Poor show

However the concept is fairly great but what adds on to them is their customer support at one go!

I have a very good experience in past so this Time my expectation is very high but this time cake is little bit hard otherwise customer service is very much good...

The cake was so delicious and so yummy exactly same as in the picture. But you should give candle as complimentary atleast..
