Manish was very helpful in placing the cake order, and customizing on-cake message, beyond standard 20 characters limit and customizing in-card message to 250 characters. Shopping cart flow can be better, there is no way to return back from cart to add more items. Perfect job by Manish, good product options, flow needs lot of improvement.- Technocrat
