I placed an order yesterday for 16th of nov. So i got an email today which says that we can't deliver today this is far away from us. if you want to be deliver pay 350 extra it will deliver by today. After the payment i sent number of mails to track my order or checking is it deliver or no. So after that i got call from miss ruchi who says i place an order for tommorow the 17th. When i showed her the proof that i paid extra for today delivery and also i booked for today. Than she started giving me more and more excuses... dont just soil someone day with their so called service. Which makes people fool...

I am not happy with the services as I order the other design cake snd my mom got the different design means local design, nothing is written is over it and I explained them that it's a Birthday cake but the people doesn't have time to put the Happy Birthday on the cake.
So be careful Guys.
For the compensation they told me that they are going to send Celebrations Cadbury packet but till now they didn't get it.
I ordered it for 12th nov.
The different cake deliver but till now no Cadbury celebration delivered snd even I didn't received any call from them.

Placed an order on 22 oct, now it shows that the product is delivered but still i dont receive anything. For the follow up i contact them and not its been 3 days they are just saying its pending from there courier company side. And they totally making excuses and blaming other company. Its really unprofessional, i placed order to trust flower aura not the other company so its there responsibility to take cake of the thing and make sure the delivery is on time. Never ever suggest anyone to order.

Answer: I was also confused after reading the reviews... but my experience with them was gud... i had ordered pineapple cake and chocolates on my brother's anniversary... they delivered my order in fixed time( within 3 hrs) and the cake was fresh and tasty... cant say about flowers as i have not ordered them...
