I was not able to place orders because the OTP system of your store does not support non-indian mobile numbers, but Kamal from support was so kind he assisted me placing 2 orders, took a good amount of time because of the communication and all the details, but the orders are finally placed and you've made a customer very happy today. I ordered a gift to be delivered. They didn't deliver it on the date of occasion let alone the time. And next day when i asked to cancel the order, they didn't even cancel it and said we will deliver soon. What will i do now of your delivery, the occasion is already over. Alteast have the courtesy to cancel and refund. So unprofessional and very bad experience. Please don't waste your money on this stupid website. The customer care staff "Karishma" was so rude and keep on replying we can't cancel. I never actually write review for anything but this was horrible experience.

Flower Aura never disappoints my expectation as always.
This is one-of-a-kind cake that was scrumptious, exquisite, super delish and on top of it the cream was mouth-wateringly fluffy and deliciously tender.
I ordered a butterscotch flavored cake which was other-worldly. To be precise, it was garden-fresh, heavenly, flavorsome, the tang of butterscotch was adequate and the teeny tiny caramel nuts were the added surprise which altogether make it a lot more fun to feast on.
And what not to say of their conveniently flexible booking schedule which always put me in awe. I booked it at around 12'o clock and it gave me the earliest slots to book from making it trouble-free. Also, there delivery was spot on time and expeditious. They are worth the money.

This is the first time I have placed with Flower Aura and the products just love it, the customer support is up to the mark and also the products look, high class. Loved the products and is wanting to make more purchases in the coming future too. Love all products, and if possible bring more flower choices and even more chocolate packages too in future some branded ones. My experience has been really nice so far with Flower Aura. I have ordered couple of times from there.
This time around, I wanted to change my message on the card, I took a help of chat support and Emran helped me with the same within few minutes. Thumbsup to floweraura team :)
I had ordered cake from this site and had an experience nothing less than a nightmare with these guys. They will give all the options as in time slot, date od delivery etc while selecting the products and when it comes to deliver the same they are not even able to track their person for hours. I had placed order for delivery between 10am to 1PM but the same was not delivered till the end of the day. And they are so shameless that they will deliver the same cake ( made a day before) the next working day. Is this what qe pay for. They are not ready to refund also. Such a bad experience. Will never ever opt for these cheaters from now on and would not recommend anyone else also

There was an issue with one order not reflecting in the history. Though the payment got deducted from my bank but it showed somehow some error on completion and I could not find in the order history. Once I contacted the customer support, my order got reflected in the history. The query was resolved.

Pathetic and horrible experience.
Firstly, the delivery executive was abusive and arrogant and rude & was completely horrible. Secondly, the delivery has not been made in the time Slot selected. Thirdly, the flowers were supposed to be fresh and 100 in quantity. The flowers are of disgusting quality and are only 70 in number. I will attach the photos for the same and I will definitely be never ever placing any more orders from FlowerAura anymore and will be posting it on social media as well as this is extremely pathetic and this was supposed to be a special delivery for my fiancé which is so bad. This is cheating and fraud. I've attached a photo of what I got. These are 70 pathetic flowers for which I paid 3000 rupees. There weren't even 100.
