This is my first time flying a multi city international flight. I booked a flight and then I found one that better served my needs. I called and spoke with Krista and she fixed everything for me and even waved part of the change fee as a first-time courtesy. I then found a better flight to a different city as I was extending my stay and called in a second time and spoke with Jigar. He was able to change my flight again at no additional fee except the difference in the ticket price. Absolutely amazing experience with such a helpful and knowledgeable staff. Customer support like this should be experienced everywhere and business would be much more pleasurable. Many thanks to Flight Network and Krista and Jigar. I will use them always. Five stars. I highly recommend Flight Network!

Im Ukrainian refugee living in Portugal, I found cheap ticket to Paris form Lisbon and from Warsaw, I wanted to buy a ticket for my sister from Ukraine to meet in Paris for weekend, because Im not aloud to go Ukraine and didnt seen my family 3 years I bought my ticket from Lisbon but my sister couldnt gave me passport information yesterday for me to buy ticket for her from Warsaw and today ticket wich was 48 euros, cost 200, wich I couldnt afford. So i ask Flight network to chance route to singapore the guy put me on hold for 25 min,
Saying it will cost 150 US +Price different becoz i change the route but is not i do not wanna to go to bali is dangerous go there at the moment,
Then i ask him can i cancel my to & return flight to bali but keep the Bangkok -Rome original flight, He ask me to hold again, i was waiting for 30 mins I give up! Stay Away from flight network! U can't choice your sit from airline At all..
