If i could give ZERO stars i would. STAY AWAY from Flight Network. Their customer service was appalling. A segment of my flight was cancelled by United Airlines and based on the airline's policy, if the flight or portion thereof is cancelled by the airline, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Flight Network claimed to be in compliance with what the airline was offering, but that was total B. S. Flight Network gave me the run-around and refused to process the refund that was owed to me. All that they would offer is a flight credit that had to be used from the time that I made the booking (November 2020- I booked in November 2019 for travels in April 2020). They even tried for an additional cash grab, advising that I would have to pay a $100 service charge (Flight Network's own "service charge") in order to qualify for this flight credit. Otherwise I would lose out on my fare completely. That was definitely not OK with me. After multiple phone calls with lengthy wait times on the phone each time (3+ hours or more) and many emails (where I would not hear back at all), there was still no equitable resolution. In the end, being absolutely infuriated with Flight Network, I reached out to my credit card company's fraud department to dispute the charge and demanded a charge-back given the circumstances. 10 min on the phone and Voila! I saw the money credited back to my credit card within 5 business days. Apparently the credit card company draws the money directly from Flight Network's banking institution. This ordeal with Flight Network was by far the WORST customer service experience ever- I can't think of anything else that trumps it. Also can't believe that they thought they would get away with this. It's so wrong! If it's happened to me, I'm sure it's happened to others. Don't EVER book with Flight Network. I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through a similar ordeal.

We booked through Flight Network on a round trip and when departing Cambodia last night we were advised the flight had already departed 3 hours prior our scheduled flight. We were not given any notice and according to the Flight Network app the flight was still scheduled to depart at the time we were given. We spent approximately 4 hours repeatedly trying to make contact with Flight Network's llive chat which was extremely unhelpful and logged off after approx 4 mins of chatting with each agent. We would then have to start another chat and explain the situation. Flight Network were extremely persistent with advising we needed to cancel the flight and stated they could not reschedule despite different flights leaving the following day. They have still not resolved the issue and have not confirmed a refund or confirmed if they have even contacted the airline directly to action a refund. They just send an automated text regarding charges that are not refundable with the airline.
The cost of the flights was over $3,500 and after several attempts to seek assistance or guidance we still have not been advised of the outcome of a refund.
We are now out of pocket of a further $3500 for new flights.
We were left stranded in an airport in Cambodia which closed at 10 pm with no accomodation, wifi or access to a phone line. Despite a 24/7 live chat this just added to the stress and frustration due to the agents being incompetent to manage the situation at hand along with being incapable of communicating effectively with their customers. If this was a vulnerable person or someone who was not familiar with technology or had the financials of booking new flights this would have had a severe impact on the person.
Please avoid at all costs and book directly with the airline to save yourself both your money and sanity!
I booked a flight (flexi ticket) from Dubai to Phuket to depart for April 2023. The flight was booked through flight network for a Indigo flight. After realizing me and my friend couldn't use the flight I immediately processed my cancelation. The customer support and information was already unclear by this time and the chat agent wasn't helpful; on top of this, there was no email where we could follow up with our request. A few weeks after the flight, I received a refund of around 50 USD when I paid 1150 USD for the flights. I asked Flight Network why and they told me it was the amount refunded by Indigo, which made no sense to me since I saw their policy before buying the tickets. I contacted Indigo to complain and I was informed that I was refunded the "no show" amount, because my tickets were never canceled. When I contacted FlightNetwork (by this time it was already my 5th time contacting them at least) they told me cancellation or no-show were the same and that I was wrong in complaining. I talked to Indigo again and they informed it is not the same and that it was a mistake from FlightNetwork. Again, I messaged them and only by then they admitted their mistake and said a refund would be processed but that they couldn't give me a time frame. It has been over 2 months and at least 15 times where I followed up and no refund has been done or time frame has been given. On top of this, the support is awful and they don't allow us clients to escalate the situation ourselves, so I am going to expose this situation everywhere. DON'T BUY TICKETS FROM THEM!

In May 2022, I purchased a return trip from Halifax to Istanbul through FlightNetwork three months in advance. A week before my trip they contacted me to advise a flight time had changed which would cause me to miss a connection on my return journey. I called customer service and after waiting on hold for hours, they changed my affected flights, issued me a new itinerary and sent a confirmation email saying everything was good. I went on my holiday and when I tried to check in for my first flight to come back home, I was advised there was no ticket in my name. I showed the confirmation code and my itinerary but a ticket did not exist. I called FlightNetwork and after being transferred seven times they advised me the airline cancelled my flight and I would have to deal with them. I called the airline who were very helpful and by checking their payment database, determined FlightNetwork had made a reservation for me but failed to issue a ticket within the 48 hour policy period so the reservation was cancelled. I called FlightNetwork back and was transferred five more times and told each person I spoke with what had happened. I even told them which one of their employees failed to issue my ticket (I had the confirmation email still.) They told me there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. I called back and spent 40 minutes being transferred from person to person before they hung up on me again. I was stranded in Istanbul and FlightNetwork made zero effort to help. I spent an additional $2000. 00 and lost two days of work (another $1000. 00) getting home because of FlightNetwork's error and horrible customer service. I have since tried calling, emailing numerous times. They place me on hold for extremely long periods of time then transfer me to someone else but make no effort to help. I have sent numerous emails to FlightNetwork and their parent company, ETraveli, but they won't respond. This is honestly the worst possible company you could ever use to book travel. BEWARE
