DO NOT USE FLIGHT NETWORK TO BOOK A FLIGHT!

I unfortunately used Kayak to book a round trip flight to Paris on Norwegian Air and the Kayak site indicated that two checked bags and one carry on was included in the price. Once I booked the flight I discovered that, in fact, no checked bags were included and that I had to pay extra. These are non-refundable tickets. I called Kayak but they said I need to contact Flight Network since they are the actual booking agent. I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with their "customer care representative named Shanice Fernandes, who was totally helpless and clueless. They acknowledged Kayak advertised the far to include the baggage but they refused to correct their error or cancel the ticket because they claimed that once Kayak redirected me to their website to book the ticket I did not read the fine print that said the bags were not included. I pointed out to them that Kayak advertised the fare to include the bags but they once again claimed that their fine print governed the fare not Kayak's, no matter what the Kayak website claimed. Three times I asked for someone to call me and was refused every time, saying they could do no more for me and did not want to speak with me. Isn't that great customer care? Not only was Kayak's website deceptive but Travel Network perpetuated the deception by not taking responsibility. Lesson learned. Travel Network is a cheat and a fraud and Kayak is an enabler.

System glitch on the Flight Network site said payment declined twice (attempted to buy a flight for 3 of us from Bangkok to Calgary) but in fact it charged us twice for the exact same flight for the same 3 people. After the 2 declines we bought a flight on FlightHub instead. Now we have 3 flights for the same 3 people from Bangkok to Calgary. We've been been attempting to get a refund from FlightNetWork but they're refusing to acknowledge that this is a fault in their system or that we are owed a refund. We produced our proof of purchase from FlightHub time stamped after the transactions from the FlightNetWork site, and consistently we've been told that our case will be sent to their resolution team and that they'll get back to us; and we haven't had a single call back from them in almost 3 weeks. We've contacted our credit card to dispute the charges and are awaiting a resolution from that end. We'd be more than happy to hear back and work with FlightNetWork. FlightHub has been majorly accommodating by offering to give us the ability to reschedule our flight for up to a year from its scheduled date if FlightNetwork is to even refund one of the flights and we'd use the other one. With all of these compromises and the error being solely the responsibility of FlightNetWork, they still refuse to even get back to us yet alone attempt to correct the issue.
Our advice is: avoid purchasing your flights from FlightNetWork; not because they're fraudulent or disreputable, but because of the dangerous glitches on their site that can cost you thousands of dollars, and a poor customer service that isn't streamlined to correct such issues, but to allow time to render them moot. We highly recommend FlightHub for the outstanding customer service we've received from them in this ordeal. We are in Thailand and attempting to come back home to cover worker shortages caused by Covid/Omicron as we are healthcare essential services. Finally, any parties interested in verification of any of the above said, please respond here, and I can verify all the above made claims!

I never write a review but this has to be the worst experience I had. I would never book from this site ever again.
