This company is completely useless. They're formerly known as gotogate and had such a bad reputation that they tried to change their name.
I would like to give minus rating as they doing fraudulent activities with the clients. I had booked my ticket with baggage and once i approached to ETIHAD departure counter they informed me NO baggage under your ticket. Its pitmatic and ridiculous. At last moment i had paid AED 2790 against my baggage and thereafter once i contact to their contact center, they are useless team even submit my paid receipt, credit card message, ETIHAD CRM picture but till now they are denying and no result.my Order LY3LPL.
Even i try to reach the office as per the email "Gotogate Flights Ltd, Al Sarab Tower, 15^th^ floor ADGM, Cloud Cubicle C18, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Org no: *******" but they are not existing. All fraud. The supervisors sitting in the contact center are don't know anything customer care, knowledge of product. A BIG ZEROOOOO. If my money AED 2790 is not refunded back i will sue FLIGHT NETWORK in UK court.
I bought my tickets there coz they were cheaper-
A Mistake! They have poor customer rep meaning if you need change of flights They never responded or took two to three weeks to respond still no solid answer- So Glad it turned out i managed to change it directly on airline website- done in just few minutes - No joke this agent doesnt care after we booked-
Then- airlines cancelled my flights as to pandamic travel law, and refunded to this agent- I had to write tons of email and even pointed out my financial problem- waiting for refund to survive this pandemic etc In normal case if a more reputable agent owed you money- you dont need to beg and take that long for refund- This agent is classic- My experience is Calls are totally useless- long wait on line then once connected to their customer rep- they are rude/can't answer anything we need. After 5 months of writing back and forth and begging, i finally got refunds - Folks, if you are in same situation- do not let go, do not give up, do not give in- keep writing them nicely and patiently even if they dont deserve to, they will eventually refund- You deserve your refund doesnt matter for how much- it is your money- not theirs to keep I agree with some comments that going forward i rather pay more to a reputable company- as the time and effort spent on resolving it totally outweigh the savings-
Dont your flight from here, very worst and unprofessional service from staff. No Proper coordination with customers, no manners to talk.

Booked with FlightNetwork.com for return flight back from Rome, Italy to US. Even though my trip from the US to Italy has been fully refunded (booked with another travel agency - NOT FlightNetwork) and TAP Portugal has on their website that they are waiving all change fees, etc. for travel to and from Italy, FlightNetwork still refuses to issue a refund and makes gives their customer the runaround. When I first call to cancel this flight, they told me to call TAP Portugal. When I called TAP Portugal, they stated that because my trip was booked through a Travel Agency, I would need to call FlightNetwork to get this ticket cancel. When I called back to FlightNetwork, they once again try to push it back to TAP Portugal stating that they needed to issue a waiver and that I the customer had to call TAP Portugal for the waiver, which if you ever book a flight through a travel agency, it is the agency job to reach out to the airline via a travel agency hotline. I have spoken with Daniel, Ethan, Amy, and Peter so far, and each person continues to give me the runaround. Please save your money and book with an agency that does their job and cares about working with their customers.
