Fly Far is their real name! Just search FLY FAR REVIEWS! Affer they SCAM MILLIONS including myself, they easily change their business name! Do not buy the flight insurance- it covers nothing! Theh refund nothing! They tell you it will come and you wait months to years... waiting... till you try to contact again and they disconnect numbers and change name. I had to pay an attorney to find them. They owe me thousands because I booked a large crew with them, however due to COVID all flights canceled. It's been 2 years and I still haven't received anything, but information that now they are based in SWEDEN not Canada. Maybe Sweden has less regulations. Do not support thrives. Buying a ticket from these thugs is like putting your life savings in the stock market during a crash. Don't risk losing your money. You will be the only one at a loss. They will keep changing their business name and relocation address, nor everyone will find them to get money back. Now I doubt I will be reimbursed my thousands of dollars because you can not go after a business that is closed, and reopens under a new name. Be smart do not fLl for their thievery and trickery.
DO NOT TAKE FLIGHT TICKETS WITH THEM. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY. You will never get any refund.

This has been, BY FAR, the worst, most disrespectful, most incompetent and most dishonest "customer service" I have ever received. They take my order number and name and then either put me on hold forever or they hang up after putting me on hold. This has happened 6 times. I and my fiancé have been on hold with them for over 15 hours im total! Many of the agents were clearly out and about and not seated at their desks as you could hear the moving traffic in the background.
Typically, after being on hold for up to 3 hours, an agent from India answers the call and asks for your order number and name. After this, the agent confirms that they see your ticket. After you explain the reason you are calling, the agent asks to put you on hold then 1 of two things happens: either they put you on hold forever or they put you on hold for a few minutes, end the call, and then send you an automated email saying that the call ended and they tried calling back (lies!). The last guy I spoke to, I specifically asked him to not put me on hold and he implied that he could not do his job unless he put me on hold. I finally- and foolishly- agreed to be put on hold and surprise surprise he ended the call after three minutes or so. The few agents I did manage to get through to sent my fiancé and I on a wild goose chase only to be sent back to them by the airlines. They have no idea what they are doing and/or they don't care. They tell lies a lot and are so cold. I have been trying to resolve an issue with them for more than a week now with only a few days left till my trip.
I used flightnetwork back in 2010 and had a similarly bad experience, I thought I would give them another chance since it's been 11 years but I have to say they have outdone themselves. NEVER AGAIN! I have used flight hub, expedia, travelocity, momondo, cheapflights.ca, booking.com, etc and have never received such terrible service.
Avoid at all costs. Just use another service that's a couple dollars cheaper.

First (and last time) I use these people. I bookingtwo serious problems. First they said that I ordered trip protection. I didn't. I called them when I got my credit card bill when they billed me for it but they wouldn't take it off even though I said they could pro rate it. They refused. Second, I paid extra for seat selection for myself and my two sons. Called the airline just to confirm the seats and they said that my seats had not been assigned. FlightNetwork had not assigned anyone in my family seats they said. Called FlightNetwork back, waited for 30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone (again), and asked why 1) I was being charged for something that I was promised but wasn't getting and 2) why did I have to figure this out instead of them letting me know? If I hadn't called in advance, I never would have known until my family and I got on the plane and spent 4 flights, on the holidays, apart from each other. Needless to say they couldn't answer my questions (nor did they seem to give a rip about it) and blamed it on the "system". Isn't the "system" theirs? Called the airline back and got seat assignments but because it was so late, paid through the nose to get them... This company is a rip-off!
I stupidly bought a flight to europe through flight network and even paid extra for the ability to change the flight. My scheduled flight is now a day away and I've been calling Flight Network for the past three weeks to try to change it. Yesterday was the worst as I tried over 5 times to change the flight and every time I did - they said their system was down or one time they even lied and said the airlines system was down - mind you, in that same moment, I was using it to change my departure flight which I booked directly through the site. They then promised that a manager was going to call me two hours after my last call to issue a refund and its now been over 24 hours. I'm on the phone again with them and they've transferred my call 4 times already - one person said my flight my cancel - which it wasn't - then he claimed his system was down so then he switched the call to someone else who has now been "checking my details " for the last hour. They are complete scam artists and no one should have to deal with this level of stress and incompetence especially after paying extra to have a flexible flight. NO MATTER HOW MUCH MONEY THEY'RE CLAIMING TO SAVE YOU...ITS NOT WORTH THE STRESS.
I purchased cheap airline tickets in November 2021 for a trip in September 2022. In April 2022 I discovered that two of the flights had been cancelled and not rescheduled, and I had not been notified concerning this. I had to call the company four times over two days. The first time I was transferred four times, and each time I had to start over with ALL of my information. During the final transfer, my call was dropped. I was called back from a London, England number, but the caller hung up, unable to hear me? I'll never know. Then I received an email telling me to call back if I needed help. I called back, and the entire process was repeated exactly: multiple transfers, repeating the same information with each transfer, the dropped call, dropped call-back, and email telling me to call again. The third time I called lead to multiple transfers, with the final representative saying that no one could help me, and that I would be receiving a call back in 72 hours. The following day I received an email saying that I didn't answer their phone call (there was no record on my phone of any missed calls) and to call back if I still needed help. Calling back again lead to: multiple transfers, repeating all of my information over each time, dropped call, dropped call back, email telling me to call if I still needed help. I have to conclude that this whole process was to stall and make me give up, and I strongly suspect that the transfers are intended to make people give up, and if they don't give up, calls mysteriously get disconnected and call-backs mysteriously get disconnected, and you have to continuously start over and over. You get what you paid for, and cheap tickets lead to horrendous service, though to classify what the company is providing as "service" is a gross misuse of the word. I travel a lot, and I would never use FlightNetwork again, even if they were the only option available.
Booked tickets with this company worth $1071 then needed to change them to a few hours later, they advised me I could only change to one flight which was a cost difference of $470 and an extra 12 hour wait.
I could see on their website over 20 departures with the same airline and the flight they suggested was the exact same price I paid yet they wanted more money. No one was helpful or wanting to assist, I had only booked the flights two days prior to needing the time change so the airline wouldn't have even received my funds as yet.
I am taking this to the Ombudsman as i purchased a flexible ticket so I could make the change if required and I purchased cancellation protection yet am told only if I produce a medical certificate.
It's hard to understand the person you are talking to as they all have indian accents and need to talk slowly so you know what they ate sating.
Very unhelpful money making scam website who do NOT care about customer service.

I WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION OF GIVING -5 STARS.
I had cancelled a flight from GOA to DUBAI dated 25th Aug 2022, (Order # LRA40X) (Airline Booking Number - PK58PI) with Indigo Airlines and the Airlines have confirmed that they had successfully cancelled the flight and my refund has also been processed from their end.
However Flight Network Customer Service keeps on replying to my emails that they are waiting for a refund from the airlines, which is not true and moreover Flight Network is charging me AED 142 for this cancellation which is a rip off as the flight was cancelled by the airlines due to operational reasons which is not my fault.
I have also requested Flight Network several times to call me, But no one bothers to call me.
I am now worried whether I will get my refund or no.
Flight network according to me is FRAUD website.
