Impossible to reach after Covid - finally got a credit that had to be used in a defined time. Told them that AC had informed me my ticket was eligible for credit but had to be submitted by the agent - FN ignored my request to submit my ticket to AC. Finally decided to use my credit with FN this year before it expired and was informed that it would cost $650 to use the credit but I may be eligible for a refund from AC(!). As a result on June 6 FN sent me an email indicating my ticket would be submitted to AC for refund. Tried to check back with FN in mid August to determine status of possible refund. After being bounced around for hours I was cut off - note FN does not have a toll free number and my bill for the call was over $15 ( I pay 3 cents a minute on my long distance plan!). Among the most incompetent and greedy companies I have ever done business with as I assume I have lost over $2300. They are not worth the $50-$100 savings - they do make AC look good! DO NOT USE FLIGHTNETWORK!
Been using Flight Network for 5-6 years. Was looking for an air ticket to Delhi, India; Got the best deal.
Great price! Better than the actual airline site! Quick email confirmation of the flights. All went well.
They were nice on the phone with assisting me. Very attentive with my concerns. Would definitely recommend.
Booking our flight went smoothly. E tickets ready to go. Thank you, FlightNetwork. NOthing else to say to fill in the 100 word requirement.
It's tough to find a deal with our Canadian dollar taking a beating. I was pleasantly pleased with this rate. Thanks Gary and Bernice
quick, simple - the entire process was easy and as promised. i have never used this service before, but i am glad that i did.
Cantsky was very helpful and patient as I completed my booking on line, then assisted me to ensure I had the appropriate insurance. Big Thanks!
Hello all,
I just had the worst experience of my life with Flight Network. I highly recommend to NEVER USE IT. I bought a ticket from Tofino (BC) to Vancouver and the flight company Pacific Coastal Airlines had to cancel the flight due to bad weather. They credit Flight Network the full amount the same day. I had to fight really hard with Flight Network and I also needed to ask some help from Pacific Coastal, it was awful. I had to do 5 calls:
October 4th: 1st call to get a refund
October 19th: 2nd call to get a refunds message in the system
November 23rd: 3rd call
November 25th: 4th call
November 29th: 5th call - Confirmation
Finally, they give back only $186 out of the full amount $280.39. They said the balance goes to "administration fees".
Please do not use that company, you should use the flight company directly or a more trustable agency.
Best regards,
Frederic
Good afternoon friends. I HAVE A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND I CANNOT RECOMMEND! Let's start with the fact that my father's flight was canceled on the official website, the information was not updated or notified by email. When I called the hotline which was usually difficult because you expect 2-4 hours, a decision was made to change the flight but when I saw the e-ticket it turned out that the operator made a mistake and my father was not flying home but to another country I want to say that all this time he was in a hotel which of course we paid. But this is not the end of the story, they admitted the mistake and added a flight but as it turned out later there were no seats on this flight and they could not do anything... Realizing that we were just thrown because the end of the operators just threw handset after checking the information I had to buy a ticket again and the price was three times higher because the ticket was at the last minute.
To sum up, I just lost my 2 days because I constantly called the support service which did not help but only made it worse as well as my father lost 2 days of vacation.
We lost a lot of money.
Also, a lot of nerves have been spent to solve this problem and believe me it is not because of a pandemic in the world.
SO JUST DON'T CONTACT THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE FOUND IN OUR SITUATION!
I have an SQ flight that was booked for the period of Covid-19. Uncertainty makes flights by almost ALL airlines re-bookable free of charge in terms of rebooking fees. With requirements to just pay extra in the event that your changed flight is more expensive. This company provides "service" at the cost of $55 just to "assist" you in making booking changes that are essentially free. On top of that, they have their own "prices". The flight prices in the airline are not interchangeable with their price. So they can make up their own prices due to demand. I was charged $100+ to rebook my flights that can be done for free on the Airline for just a few simple clicks. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. BOOK OTHER PLACES. Absolutely wasted almost 30 minutes every call just to reach the operator to find them just making up their own prices and charging you for their "Rebooking FEE" that you can do yourself online for free. Save yourself from my pain and just pay extra to book on the airline or even a better travel agency.
Jack was really helpful and great personality. I want thank him for his wonderful costumer service. Thank you flight network
I purchased two tickets to Hawaii through this website. The website claimed they provide "Price Drop Protection". Well the price fell by half. When using the online price drop protection tool, it says "We're unable to validate a Price Drop for this itinerary" even though I can easily search for the same flights and see a substatial price drop. Well good thing I spent 40 bucks on getting the premium support package. What a joke, the premium support line was busy the first ten times I called, literal busy tone. Once I did get ahold of a person she wanted to transfer me to the price drop protection department who I had already been on hold with for over 30 minutes.
At this point I'm ready to cancle and rebook elsewhere with another website. I purchased flight network's Trip cancleation protection for USD $132 so this shouldn't be a problem. Well of course it is, without legal documentation justification I cannot cancle the trip apparently.
False claims and horrible customer service is how this company makes their money. GO ANYWHERE BUT flightnetwork.com. They do not honor their claims.
Spent about 2k on a plane ticket from Korea to Toronto last year for my sister. Had to cancel due to covid restrictions, which they said no problem: they would convert it to an open ticket and we could call to rebook. They gave us the run around and hung up on us for over a week of calling, before finally telling us that that particular flight path didn't exist anymore, so we couldn't use the ticket. So now we have an "open ticket" worth 2k that they won't let us utilize. Asked to talk to a supervisor after a week of being hung up, and was told rudely that a supervisor wasn't interested in speaking to us and would tell us nothing differently. Still politely insisted, and was told someone would call us within 24 hours and rudely hung up on. No one ever called. We had to rebook the ticket for another 3k, and will NEVER use them again. Strongly advise others not to as well. They are very comfortable with taking and keeping your money, and the customer service is basically just being put on hold then hung up on.
I really appreciate and I really recommend it
They listen to you and they do the best for you
Specially the guy he helped me while I had very worst issue to change the flight.
Very bad company... cheating people's... I have a lot of problems now... no tickets no money... stuck in Orlando... no answer the phone
I have been advised by Flightwork over the phone and by email that I will pay $100 NZD per person for the refund following an airline cancellation of my flights.
However, your policy https://nz.flightnetwork.com/rf/travel-conditions clearly states that Refund following airline cancellation is 60 NZD per booking:
APPENDIX 1 – FEES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE
Refund Handling Fee
The fee applies also for our administrative work in case of an airline cancellation.
Refund following airline cancellation: 60 NZD per booking
There is no mention of condition for the airline in your Policy (e.g. Low cost airline as someone mentioned to me on the phone).
I have attached the cancellation from the Rynair proving that the cancellation was done by the airline and not by me. Therfore, following your policy my fee should be 60 NDZ in total.
I emailed multiple times but have received NO answer.
Answer: I have the same experience on 07/21/2021. I was on hold for 1 hour for two times and then it got disconnected.
Answer: Hi there, the promo code box is under the insurance section on the final step of the booking process. We can certainly add the code to your booking however, I will need your booking number. Can you provide? Once we have that we will issue you a refund. Have a great day. / Courtney
