I've never had a worse experience. The customer service people play dumb so they can scam you. I purchased a cancellation guarantee and the customer service person somehow didn't know that. In addition, they didn't already know the policy, I had to hold while they read it to figure it out. A mess. I could also hear the other hundred reps in their center in the background of the entire call making it difficult to communicate.
I wish I could give zero stars.

Poor customer service, call centre is layered and time consuming. I paid for an upgrade on top of my original booking, but received nothing different from my original booking except being out of pocket to the tune of $2000AUD, trying to get any sense out of the CST was impossible, trying to get a refund is now worrying me.
A great example of how not to support your customers. 10 calls 40 minutes each, by the time you get through the support was significantly disappointing, 4hrs on the phone trying to get some someone willing to help and be responsible….
This will be my once and only booking with this company, 100% hopeless.

In May 2022, I purchased a return trip from Halifax to Istanbul through FlightNetwork three months in advance. A week before my trip they contacted me to advise a flight time had changed which would cause me to miss a connection on my return journey. I called customer service and after waiting on hold for hours, they changed my affected flights, issued me a new itinerary and sent a confirmation email saying everything was good. I went on my holiday and when I tried to check in for my first flight to come back home, I was advised there was no ticket in my name. I showed the confirmation code and my itinerary but a ticket did not exist. I called FlightNetwork and after being transferred seven times they advised me the airline cancelled my flight and I would have to deal with them. I called the airline who were very helpful and by checking their payment database, determined FlightNetwork had made a reservation for me but failed to issue a ticket within the 48 hour policy period so the reservation was cancelled. I called FlightNetwork back and was transferred five more times and told each person I spoke with what had happened. I even told them which one of their employees failed to issue my ticket (I had the confirmation email still.) They told me there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. I called back and spent 40 minutes being transferred from person to person before they hung up on me again. I was stranded in Istanbul and FlightNetwork made zero effort to help. I spent an additional $2000. 00 and lost two days of work (another $1000. 00) getting home because of FlightNetwork's error and horrible customer service. I have since tried calling, emailing numerous times. They place me on hold for extremely long periods of time then transfer me to someone else but make no effort to help. I have sent numerous emails to FlightNetwork and their parent company, ETraveli, but they won't respond. This is honestly the worst possible company you could ever use to book travel. BEWARE
Awful company with awful customer service. I booked my tickets to Halifax 6 months in advance, Airline cancelled the flight and processed a full refund, but somehow Flight network decided I own them a fee for something and did not proceed with a full refund to my account. I called the company couple of times and spent around 4-5 hours on the phone every time. I lost 300$ on this trip, and my vacation was ruined. I would never again buy a ticket from Flight Network!
We purchased a ticket from Flight network in March of 2022. The airline Singaporeair canceled on of the legs of our flight. Due to the fact that we went thru Flight network for the reservation Singapore airlines made us go thru them again for the scheduling. It is now September 2022 ( planning to travel in December) and we still have not be helped. Since we have been told of the flight cancellation we have been on the phone, either on hold, or being told that Singapore airlines has not offered a new flight for over 11 hours hold time on 7- 10 different calls. Please dont use this company. I am not even sure how they can stay in business ( well I have my idea). DO NOT USE THIS TRAV AGENCY.
Generic website and poor customer service. We needed to change our flight and after we asked them for options to change the flight (we were flexible) they looked up 2 dates which there were no availability and proceeded to tell us that we couldn't ask for more then 2 dates to change our tickets too... Great policy for the customer service team to follow. Shouldn't you tell us this before we ask for a date change. We ended up cancelling the flight. Took us 4 phone calls to cancel the flight. The first 3 times we called the line dropped when they put us on hold for 5-6 min.

I am a very seasoned traveler. Flight Network has chosen to leave my wife and I stranded in a foreign country as they are fully unwilling to simply call Iberia Airlines to fix an airline-authorized rebooking for covid delay. I have valid return tickets but they will not take the action to rebook them. I have awaited email replies from the "support team" with no answer for three days. I have been promised a return call from a "supervisor" to fix it. Three days of effort, 8 hours of international calls and I am still left to buy all new tickets because customer service refuses to make a phone call to an airline. The airline is holding the return booking as "on-hold"; FlightNetwork refuses to call it anything other than a "no-show". NEVER LET THEM PUT YOUR FAMILY AT RISK. IT IS NOT WORTH THE TICKET PRICE!
I booked with them a flight with Air Canada. I am a senior person 76 years old and my ticket was canceled because the agent in Air Canada did not let me check in just because i was a bit late although i checked in online prior day. I requested a refund from flight network in order to book another flight. I called them many times but they never took my problem into consideration. They do not have respect for elderly people. They don't even have a customer service email to file a complaint. They just stole my money and did not care. I'm still chasing them to get a refund since few months. Very dissatisfying. If i can put zero on the reviews i would.

I had cancelled a flight from GOA to DUBAI dated 25th Aug 2022, (Order # LRA40X) (Airline Booking Number - PK58PI) with Indigo Airlines and the Airlines have confirmed that they had successfully cancelled the flight and my refund has also been processed from their end.
However Flight Network Customer Service keeps on replying to my emails that they are waiting for a refund from the airlines, which is not true and moreover Flight Network is charging me AED 142 for this cancellation which is a rip off as the flight was cancelled by the airlines due to operational reasons which is not my fault.
I have also requested Flight Network several times to call me, But no one bothers to call me.
I am now worried whether I will get my refund or no.
Flight network according to me is FRAUD website.

Flight Nerwork is The WORST website ever! I regret using it. They are not PROFESSIONAL. We were 2 passengers and I asked them to cancel my booking coz I could not catch the flight. What they actually did is that They canceled it for both of us ( my cancellation request was only for me)! NOW, My friend is stuck at the airport, shocked that they cancel his booking also without informing him! He needs to pay more than 700 Euros to be able to come back home!
A local flight from Melbourne was cancelled, Flight Network sent me round in circles sending emails in which they said to wait 10 days for a refund to original credit card. Refund never arrived and after multiple calls and emails, this company is wearing me out. Do not use Flight Network and report them to you local Member of Parliament if you see them offering booking takings online. Rogue companies such as this can depart Australia as far as Im concerned. Fraudulent Company. Do Not Use

I booked a two leg journey with a layover that was too short. I realised this in advance and called to amend my booking. I was transferred to 3 different staff members - all of whom were very confused about what the problem was.
Eventually, one of them was able to comprehend the issue. They said it would cost $1400 to change the flights so that I had a long enough layover period. (It would be cheaper to just not show up and book them again myself). They wouldn't entertain the idea of changing only one flight so it was cheaper for me. Then wouldn't offer any refund on cancellation.
If you don't buy their premium package, they treat you like rubbish and show absolutely no duty of care to the customer. I'll NEVER use them again
My flight from Alaska was canceled and they did not inform me. The site also continued to be shown on the Flightnetwork website as being confirmed. The customer service department was not helpful and difficult to understand.
Tried for 3 hours to book a flight online, got a 'your request could not be processed' error each time. First call to the help desk I was advised to keep trying, so gave it another 90 minutes. After that, phoned the helpdesk again, and was told to clear the cache and cookies (despite trying on 3 different devices, so shouldnt have been an issue). Did that, but by now the price had gone up by $4000 dollars so couldnt afford it anymore anyway

If you change a flight and pay extra for the chance of changing it they are ZERO HELP. And can not do a thing. I have waited 14 days for this imaginary team to call me back to fix it. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. They do not deserve it. They just lie to you non stop on the phone and have NO solutions.
