Je suis sur que si tout va bien et que vous arrivez à prendre votre vol à temps c'est une bonne compagnie mais si par malheur vous rencontrez un souci, vous serez livré à vous même et perdrez votre agent.

Le service client est aussi fiable que la loterie. Chaque fois que vous allez appeler, vous tomberez sur un agent incompétent qui parle à peine anglais et qui vous dira une chose complètement différente du précédent.

Soit le personnel du service client de flightnetwork ne suit aucune formation soit les employés détestent tous leur travail.

Après avoir parlé à 13 différents agents pour résoudre un seul problème, il en résulte qu'aucun des agents ne connait les politiques de leur entreprise et tous inventent une réponse différente. Personne n'a su nous répondre et nous avons perdu nos billets d'une valeur de 1500$! A fuir

DOES GODOT WORK FOR FLIGHTNETWORK?

I booked a flight with FlightNetwork on 30 May 2022. The flight (by Eastern Airways in the UK) was cancelled the day before it was due to depart (25 June 2022), forcing me to book an alternative flight with a different airline at considerably greater cost. I am still waiting for my refund, after numerous attempts. Even contacting FlightNetwork was a nightmare at first, as they only accepted contact via their Website which went into an endless loop because the scheduled day of the flight had now passed. The so called 24/7 'Help' phoneline merely referred you back to the Website. Not a good experience, and one which I'll be avoiding in future.

Baggage problem!

I bought 2 tickets return for my father and my aunty from Vietnam to Australia from flight network website. They sold the tickets included 1 hand bag 7kg and 2 baggages 2x23kgs each ticket. But when my father and aunty went to the airport and checked in, the airline said on their system they got from flight network these 2 tickets just have 1 baggage 23kgs each, if my father and aunty wanted to take the second baggage to the flight they had to pay more for that, US$150/1 baggage 23kgs. So my father called me and talk his from problem from airport, I called for flight network to talk to them, after 30' arguing with them, they said to me just tell my father and aunty paid first and took the receipt, send the receipt to them they will pay that money back. When my father and aunty came to Australia and gave the receipt to me, I straight away send to flight network, after around 10 request email, they tell me the baggage refund is not possible as glitch from airline system not their fault, if I want to get money back I can contact directly with the airline. Oh my god, I can imagine the big company can run the business like that, they totally irresponsible and liar… very bag company…

Booked tickets with this company worth $1071 then needed to change them to a few hours later, they advised me I could only change to one flight which was a cost difference of $470 and an extra 12 hour wait.
I could see on their website over 20 departures with the same airline and the flight they suggested was the exact same price I paid yet they wanted more money. No one was helpful or wanting to assist, I had only booked the flights two days prior to needing the time change so the airline wouldn't have even received my funds as yet.
I am taking this to the Ombudsman as i purchased a flexible ticket so I could make the change if required and I purchased cancellation protection yet am told only if I produce a medical certificate.
It's hard to understand the person you are talking to as they all have indian accents and need to talk slowly so you know what they ate sating.
Very unhelpful money making scam website who do NOT care about customer service.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AS I HOPE OMBUDSMAN XAN SAVE MIND FROM THESE CROOKS.

I booked a Flexi airfare as I knew I may need to change my flight. When I went to change my airfare to the following day, they said I had to pay the full airfare cost for the new ticket. I asked why I would purchase a more expensive Flexi ticket to then have to buy a new fare again. They said my saving was booking fee and cancellation fee. I asked why I wouldn't just not turn up for my flight and buy a new ticket myself from the airline as it is is costing me the same. They had no answer. Do not buy a Flexi ticket they NOT FLEXI I would give zero stars if possible

The airline cancelled our original booking so we requested a refund and agreed to pay the processing fee. Over a month later and after several follow up calls I keep getting told it has been escalated and will be processed within 3 business days. The site seems like a scam. Be very careful.

Fake company

Very bad service. This is fraud sites, don't ever book tickets from here. I didn't got my refund amount which is 28k. It has been more than 2 weeks I have cancelled my ticket and called to customer care many times. They say to wait for few days but no response. They behave unprofessional. They just looting people money.

I happened upon this company while looking for flights and ending up booking on two different airlines. One of the airlines changed their schedule and told me that I had an option to rebook to different dates, get a refund or get credit. When I reached out to the airline, they told me I had to deal with the Travel agent... Flight Network. While the agents were nice enough, I was passed through to about 3 or 4 of them each time I called... I called A LOT... because I could not get a straight answer. Finally they told me they could rebook the flight but I had to wait... and I waited. Two days before the scheduled flight (that I'd requested to change) I told Flight Network that I was worried about not having a new ticket before the original one was departing... but they just said, "Don't worry, we are working on it." And I foolishly believed them. The day AFTER my original flight departed Flight Network simply wrote and said, "Sorry we can't help you rebook, you have to use the airlines." BUT THAT IS WHY I CALLED THEM to begin with... because the airlines wouldn't help me. I believe I spent a total of NINE HOURS on the phone with them, TRYING, PLEADING them to take some responsiblity for losing these flights. But NO! I wrote emails and called again. Nothing. I lost the tickets and the money. Ridiculous. Please save yourself the hassle and never use this company. I am shocked that they can stay in business.

Don't ever deal with Flight Network. I booked a one way flight from Marrakech to Rome via Casablanca 2 weeks ahead of travel date. I looked through airline websites and then used one of the on-line booking sites and Flight Network came up with the best price and modest (3 star) rating. Basically most flights are either through or code share with Air Maroc. I received a 'confirmed booking' from Flight Network with ITA flights code-share on Air Maroc but when I went to check-in on the day before using the booking number the only flight listed was Casablanca to Rome (with both ITA and Air Maroc). Checked again using the e-ticket number and same story. Phoned Air Maroc who said only last leg was booked but to call ITA. Called ITA and they said the first leg had been 'cancelled by the agent' so told me to call the agent but that there were still seats available on a 6am flight that the agent could still book. The ITA website showed that a Mastercard (not mine so presumable the agent) had been charged 269 Euro but had only paid 197 Euro. I had been charged A$387 (250 Euro) to my Amex. So what this says to me is that I was billed a fare by the agent that was insufficient when the agent paid the airline. Instead of cancelling the whole booking and informing me they proceeded to book only the second leg, leaving me without a first leg booked and pocketing the difference. When I rang Flight Network I was told 'ring the airline'. When I said I'd rung both airlines (ticketer and code share) they said that it was my responsibility to contact the airline to discover why the first leg had been unconfirmed. When I said that the airline had told me that the agent cancelled the first leg, I was put on hold to transfer to 'another department'. Same story 'transferred to another department' again. Finally was told that 'we will forward this and you will receive an email'. I knew where this would end and received no email. This was their mistake but they took no responsibility, made no communication, and I was given the run around and wasted over 2 hours. I ended up booking the first leg again for 87 Euro. I have all the screen caps but can't post without revealing personal details

- Please do not book through Flight Network. Regardless of any positive review you have read, it is not worth it.
- They are relentless with taking your money and not giving you an ounce of support if anything changes with your flight.
-They will make up any excuses to not be able to help you, and will find anyway to make it harder for you.
- They will not give you back any refund and will create excuses for it.
-I tried calling for a flight reschedule for two people and they wanted us to pay them more than what we had paid for our original flights each.
- They kept transferring us to different people more than 5 times then dropped the line over and over again.
- If you need to make any flight changes go straight to the airlines they will help you and the cost difference is so much lower
- Flight network is NOT cheaper than booking through the airlines. You will end up paying extra for additional and their services ( which is no service) and it is not worth all the distress, hassle, and struggle you will experience with them.
- Please do not book through Flight Network, I am writing this review so I can spare everyone the absolute frustration, and devastation you will experience. Do not do it!

I booked a ticket from Sydney To Delhi by Vietnam Airlines using Flight Network AU site. For some reason, Airline changed my return flight which increased my layover time. I requested Flight Network to provide me alternative through Airline but they refused. They said Airline has given you alternative flight and our task stops there. If you want to change, talk to airline. I talked to airline Melbourne Office and they so nice and they not only agreed to change my flight but also gave me the alternative in writing and asked me to tell my agent (Flight Network) to give airline a call. They also provided the contact details etc for the agent to contact to. For last 15 days I am struggling and Flight Network is not talking to the airline. They are offering me to book ticket on the new date with additional fare and admin fees instead. I have sent the copy of the airline letter to them where in they agree to authorize the flight change but no one in the flight network seems to understand this. They keep transferring me to different departments and do nothing. Pathetic bunch of incompetent people with no desire to help customer and resolve issue. The issue is now pending with their backend support team for last 5 days with no response. It looks like a delaying tactic so that I am tired and stop hassling them. I am thoroughly disappointed with the way they are treating this issue. They keep repeating the same response like a parrot without going through any details provided by me. They have no way to escalate matter to their seniors and no place where I can complain or take it further. Really feeling helpless. I would have given them 0 or negative rating if there was an option.

DONT BOOK with this platform. I have much regrets. My flights kept being cancelled and rescheduled. Called the platform multiple times across the span of 5 weeks, yes, 5 WEEKS, up till the week I am about to fly and the customer service kept saying 3-5 working days of wait, wait and wait and wait, but nothing effective is being done. I am SO DONE WITH THIS. Do yourself a favour babe, avoid this platform.

Don't use this business

I booked multiple flights with flight network.
Due to a medical emergency I had to change the date of a ticket from Bali to Sydney. A ticket I had already paid $1200 for (economy class!)
Initially they said they couldn't change the ticket due to economy class being completely full for all dates requested.
As I began to get anxious as the medical
Emergency was my wife having a heart attack back in Australia with the second phone call they were able to upgrade my ticket to premium economy for an extra $400
I took it and prepared to leave.
After going through Check out I realise I got an economy seating.
Economy that apparently was fully booked.
When asking qantas about this mishap, they advised that there aren't any premium economy seatings on planes from Bali to Sydney.

Getting in contact with flight network after this was a disaster and after sending them multiple emails with proof of emails stating I bought a premium economy and showing the ticket stating economy, they are dismissive and not responding accordingly.

This agency is a huge money grabber with total lack of customer care. They aren't worth a penny.

Avoid this business as you end up paying more than you bargain for.

I bought a ticket from Sao Paulo to New york, the airlines cancelled the flight, so i contact flightnetwork and required for refund, it was on March 2022, so today date is October 10th 2022, and so far I didn't receive my refund, i contact then by phone and stay about 4 hrs and nothing was solved, the problem my ticket is about to expired, each phone call that i made, the agent said that between to 24 to 48 hours we will contact you, but nobody contact me. Looks like they are waiting for the ticket expire and keep my refund, SOUNDS THEY ARE STOLEN COSTUMER. I will attach the email that i received from then on may, after 5 months i still didn't receive my money. Never buy again with this bull$#*! company

Billet acheté en juin 2021 (départ début Décembre 2021), il a été annulé par cette ''agence'' au mois de Novembre 2021, et depuis je recois que des email betes qui disent d'attendre, si on appele on tombe sur le meme employé qui ne sait pas plus que vous, et clairement il ne se trouve pas au Canada, des vrais escros qui accusent les compagnies aériennes de ne pas donner de nouvelles, mais ce qui est faux.
A fuir meme a 10% du prix de billet car vous allez vous faire voler

Never, EVER book with FlightNetwork.

They intentionally list impossibly low prices, only to scam you out of more money later. For example, when I submit the order number from FlightNetwork to the airline, they say that no such order number exists, but the flight does. Then, when I try to check in online, the FlightNetwork app magically fails to do so. I'll now be spending $200 just to check in, when the sum of the tickets cost was $430 (ie., half the cost of tickets just to check in). Any money I saved with FlightNetwork, has been lost to their irresponsibility and scummy practices.

Totally inflexible and wont refund me excess baggage they charged me on their ill designed website. You get charged both ways for excess luggage when we only needed excess fees one way. Customer service totally useless. One guy was working out of his family compound, chickens and family members screaming in background so unprofessional!
