Never use this company as their customer.service is disgusting. They will cancel your tickets if they can sell it for more. My parents Christmas is ruined and at their age of 70 this is a big thing. My parents tickets were cancelled to the Philippines despite being purchased months ago because they can sell it for more. Absolutely disgusting. Who treats old people like that.? I have such a bad experience with this company. I made an additional payment in order to do a check-in online. However, they sent me an incorrect boarding pass. And for the solution, they asked me to contact the airline directly and refused to refund my money. This is ridiculous, so why I made an extra fee when I had to contact airline at the airport. They said it was a third party fault, but they did receive my money. Don't they need to be responsible for this issue? Save your money! Do not waste your time booking this company.
Jesus Christ. Those guys made me so much problems. When my return flight was cancelled by airline, and I informed them, they offered me refund (2 week before the trip) even though I was eligible for free reschedule and airline confirmed it. I insisted that I want to reschedule, they started offering some flight but told me it has to be confirmed with airlines first. I said ok, and I had to submit FIVE different flights, they never called me back to confirm or inform it's declined. I called myself after 1-2 days for figure out the flight they submitted wasn't confirmed. I spent over 400$ on roaming calls and 1mil in my nerves/health loss equivalent. All their agents just pretending they want to help but in fact they just lie and promise what they can't make. Disgusting! It's easy to become a racist after this, because all their agents are indians who were lying (every single one), and I probably talked to a different 20-25 agents. NEVER AGAIN. EVERYONE AVOID THEM AND BUY TICKETS FROM AIRLINE DIRECTLY. MyTrip.com is another site with the same support phone number (my second booking was with them). If anyone is planning to sue them, please let me know I would love to join the case.
Requested for an refund, they told me there is a $60 process fees for them and $300 from the airline. However, contacted the airline and was informed the ticket is eligible for full refund.

It does make no sense so what is the goal to have a voucher?.

The flght the price is 1906.03 CAD and we the voucher we have to pay 2675$ so do you think that is fair. I had to wait long time and have multiple phone call to be disappointed at end! I intend to bring my case to justice if nothing is done. Once they get your money you're done.
After posting a review and contacting flight network again due to our flights being changed without our consent, we were told by flight network that our flights never changed and we were still on our original flight as we wanted and sent through a booking confirmation. However, when we checked with the airline to see if we were still on our original flight, we were told we were not and will need to go back to flight network to move us back to our original flight. This experience has been confusing and could have made us miss another flight if we hadn't checked with the airline.
Converted my ticket into an open ticket thanks to the airline, but wasnt able to book again with this agency (which was the only way to do so). Called a thousand times but was neglected everytime. At the end I was able to get a voucher from the airline but lost about $350 USD of FN commission

They cancelled my flight for no apparent reason. Without question they made me run, on the phone for 3 days and for hours. In the end they returned my money after taking more than 50% of the total. I am still fighting for my money! Disgusting & worthless even though I told them to help me cause my mother being 90 had to go for an operation!

I am another poor victim of Flighnetwork.The website has been designed in a way that you have to pay first then one by one they start to add restrictions as a fine print to the ticket, no luggage is allowed unless you pay and then you have to go pick up your luggeage in each airport and re-enter the transit salon on each stop which means hours of going through each security, not only thicket is not refundable or cancellable you are not allowed even date change under extreme issues that I encounter at the end I had to buy one full ticket to come back sooner, so I lost equal to two full ticket and lots of Hassle, please be aware of these scammers

When I want to change a ticket 2 days in advance I spend more than 2 hours on the phone. At the end they promise that they will definitely call me and change the ticket but never did.
After that it was too late to change with an airplane. And it cost me 900 euro + ( they promise change for 50 euros)
Furthermore, they did not warn in advance that they are not going to do it.
I was waiting to be contacted for 2 days and have to buy new ticket.
So I contact them again about the problem, the assistant promised to compensate the cost of a new ticket or return the money for the flexible. But when I asked to do this they never did.

2. Don't buy support package. They are polite but never do what they promise. So you will loose not only money but hours waiting for them online
3. I have to spend 900 euros more because was waiting for them to change and after the price was super high(they promised an exchange for 50 euros)

Booked a flight for September 19th, 2022 on July 13th. Got notified by email the flight was canceled by the airline on September 16th, only 3 days before the flight. Requested a refund on the 18th. Confirmation of the request received on October 7th. The request was denied on November 17th due to no-show. So basically, they took my money and then canceled my ticket. Then refused the refund because I didn't show up for a flight on a canceled ticket. Totally scam.
SCAMMERS & WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Please avoid this company! You will never see your money again! They changed my flight from business to economy without my permission after i had already paid for business. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get them to change it back before i fly in 4 days now. No on ever calls you back, i have asked to speak to supervisors & told "they are busy". I have called them 20+ times now over the 3 weeks and they all put me on hold for long periods of time & then just say someone will get back to you - but no one ever does. Not ONE person has phoned me back. The last person i spoke to now said i have to pay to get it changed back. I am not giving them a dollar more i have already paid outright for business class which is now downgraded to economy without a refund. I have asked for a refund multiple times & they tell me they cant.I doubt i will ever see my money back again. I have taken it further and lodged a complaint with NSW Trade affairs now. Refused a change of flight or flight credit due to not being able to attend my flight as every road out of town to airport was closed due to major flooding affecting all of central western NSW
Well it started off with several changes to our booking. Each time I called the flight network all of the attendants could barely speak any english. When I got an email 2 days before our flight that said our flight had been cancelled. I called the FN call centre and when I told them i received an email that our flight had been cancelled they respond with "you want to cancel your flight". This seems to be the only thing they know how to do. So we apparently rebooked our return flight for the 30th of October instead of the 29th. When we showed up for our outbound flight on October the 11th. We where told that all of our bookings had been cancelled OUTBOUND and Return. Luckily for us there was still seats available on our flights for the original booking. The airline (JAL) and Flight network both deny responsibility and neither has offered any compensation for an additional day I had to take off of work. Then to top it off the cancellation and disruption insurance through "AIR HELP" said we had no claim. IN SHORT, DO NOT EVER USE FLIGHT NETWORK OR BOOK WITH JAPAN AIRLINES. AND CERTAINLY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON AIR HELP TO INSURE YOUR FLIGHTS. ALL 3 ARE A COMPLETE WASTE OF SKIN, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY OF THESE 3 COMPANIES.
