Flight network is NOT customer friendly. I had a flight from MSP to O'Hare( on Delta Airlines) with connection from O'Hare to Owensboro Ky. Delta delayed the flight and I missed the connection and Flight network WOULD NOT put me on the next flight(Contour Air a HORRIBLE AIRLINE) without paying for another ticket! I don't fly airplanes so there was absolutely nothing I could've done. Delta did give credit BUT Flight network wouldn't hear of it. Will and have told EVERYONE I know NOT to deal with neither company Flight network OR Contour Air!

I bought tickets from Tbilisi to Belgrade via Warsaw. I have Russian citizenship and when I heard that some Russians are not allowed on Polish flights, I decided to cancel the trip at the same day. I left Russia in March 2022 and did not return, I do not support the war, but it seems absurd to me that this should somehow worry the border guards on the Polish side if the flight is transit, and I am simply at Warsaw airport without a visa, waiting for my flight Belgrade. I learned that I can not buy an insurance, so I wanted to cancel the trip an hour after i bought the tickets. Chat is unavailable, and calls are not cheap at all. So i payed the 43 fee for cancellation, i can not buy another ticket because a refund may take up to 2 weeks, and I payed for the call as well. Thanks for nothing, here's 50 usd for it.

Yesterday i decided to try FlightNetwork, I booked my flight went in my inbox to check my booking confirmation and realized I made a mistake on the departure date. So went back on the website and booked another flight with the right date and called them to cancel the first one, and got charged almost $45 all of that in less than two hours, knowing I was still in the 24 hour window. $45 is nothing compared to what i have spent on flight tickets from December to know almost $5000 to be exact but.This is the first and last time with FlightNetwork.

I had made my booking through FlightNetwork for a flight Paris-Stockholm on the 22nd of March (order no 1002-848-874). The booking confirmation did not give the flight number nor the ticket number. The booking reference with Air France was false, which obliged me to pay €20 to check-in with FlightNetwork. As I did not get my boarding card and had a false booking reference, I was forced to contact the Air France desk at the airport.
I have made more than thousand flights in my life and FlightNetwork is the most dishonest and incompetent service provider I have come across.
