Very fast delivery. I wish that I could be so fast. Time saved on delivery helped me with my weather and seasonal considerations requiring a FIXED rototiller.

I ordered a part for my dryer, but found I had ordered the wrong item. There is no one to call personally at this time, but they provided a return authorization and shipping label by email, and immediately refunded the full amount (I did pay for shipping since it was my mistake). I ordered the correct part, and had it in a few days.

It can't get easier. Fix. Com has almost any obscure part that you may need which will only save you $$ to do it yourself.

Price of part was good, part was shipped promptly and is identical to OEM, video was helpful to explain, fix was easy.

I was looking for a replacement key to the 5/8" Jacobs chuck on my Delta drill press. The key fits both 1/2" & 5/8" chucks as stated, and it arrived much more quickly than anticipated. Quality is excellent, and I will continue to purchase parts from this organization!

I needed parts for an old old horse manure spreader. Bryan was patient while I explained my needs & he identified the parts. Sheila wrote up the order & shipped everything promptly. Because of their help my wife was able to fix the spreader & I was able to get back to supervising the work (only kidding).
