Called about delivery timing and they had part in stock where other places it would have taken A couple of weeks to get I received the part in 4 days. The person I talked to was friendly and thorough.
I ordered a part and received notification it was shipping from Minnesota on Sept 30. It is now Oct 16 and the part is still not here I live in Delaware. The part supposedly was shipped by Fedex it prob would have been quicker if they would just have used USPS, the part went from Minnesota to Baltimore sat there for over a week and Fedex now has given the part over to the USPS system so who knows when it show up. GET A BETTER DELIVERY SYSTEM, FEDEX IS NOT THE ANSWER FOR YOU.
I ordered at 10 in the morning and paid for next day shipping for a part for my pressure washer that I needed for work. Well they did not ship my part next day shipping and took my money for the shipping. I tried calling and left an Email with no response at all. Awful customer service.

The replacement part for my dryer that controlled the heat to come on was not the same as the one in my dryer. I tried to get some info from FIX but could not due to COVID that shut down coustomer service. Also wiring info was not with part. I was going to return it but the number to do so was not with part. I was stuck with with a dryer that did not work and a $16 part with $10.50 S&H So I felt I had nothing to lose so I installed part & my a mirical it is working!
