Recently our washer stopped draining. Fix.com had everything we needed for the repair. From troubleshooting, to determining which parts were needed, and the helpful tutorial videos provided on the website, literally every step was provided and with organised search results. Upon search of parts needed, an extensive list of compatible machines was provided. All it took was checking our machine's serial number to match. Really just blown away by how helpful the site is, not to mention the speedy delivery. We got our parts in one day.

Fix.com provides great service. They helped me make sure I had the write part for my appliance and they sent the part very quickly. This saved me hundreds of dollars by allowing me to repair my appliance rather than replacing it! I searched the model number of my stovetop on the website and was able to access the diagram of all the parts and their numbers. I then could identify which part to order and voila!

Great service!

These guys are great! I have ordered several parts to repair the tools I use to make my living; other sites state between 2-6 weeks for shipping, and that's about right... fix.com has delivered in well under a week and sends status updates so I can plan accordingly when my tool will be back in service; great prices, selection, and fast shipping? Hell yeah I'll go here for my parts! Downtime gets expensive quickly, and fix.com gets me up and running faster than anyone else.

Excellent Service

I am a 79 year old woman with no mechanical skills whatsoever. I have ordered from FIX.com twice and have had excellent service. I did not know what part I needed both times I called them. They were able to find the part I needed and I received it within days. When I couldn't figure out how to install the part on my dishwasher, I was able to go back on line and received pictures and written instructions on how to install it. It worked perfectly, even with my non-mechanical skills. I will always use FIX for my appliance parts.

Excellent

My total experience was excellent. My phone call was answered very quickly. The customer service person was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. The lower dish rack for my Bosch dishwasher was delivered the next day. I was surprised how fast it came. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends. Very pleased customer.

Great company

The parts came more quickly than expected. The website is easy to navigate and place orders. And, the customer service department was quick to respond to inquiries. One glitch was that I ordered a bolts and nuts pack which turns out I didn't need. One was included with replacement part, so I ended up with two of them. It wasn't worth return postage to return.

Customer service issues

Placed an order on 4/27 and they shipped the wrong part 3 months later. Still trying to resolve and they don't take phone calls due to Covid. I have sent 15 emails with detailed descriptions and pictures

We've never received our part. I've tried calling customer service but the recording says that all communications must be submitted via email. I've sent several emails with no response! I would really appreciate a little communication! I guess I'll be cancelling and looking elsewhere!

Thanks to the video showing how to replace the trigger assembly with the seals attached, I felt confident I could do it myself. It was exactly as shown in the video along with some helpful hints. Thank you! I suspect I will be a customer again.

Zero Communication

Update: The part came in a reasonable amount of time so moving this up to 3 stars. Still unacceptable that there is no customer service at all with this company. You just order your part and hope everything works out. If something goes wrong, you're on your own.
I ordered a part and it supposedly shipped immediately. When I check the tracking it only shows that the shipping label has been created. It has been this way for days. I reached out to get clarification and no one seems to care to even respond. Even their 800 number has a voice recording just telling you to go to their website. The biggest issue is that I have no way of cancelling online because it has supposedly shipped. My guess is that someone printed a label but my part is still sitting in their warehouse somewhere. They gladly take my money, but can't be bothered to tell me what is going on.

After going to Fix.com web site, I found instructions on how to remove the old module and install the new one. The hardest part was pulling out the fridge to get at the back. :) The installation took approximately 15 minutes and I was done. I wish I had looked further for a video regarding the front control panel (ice and water) since it lit up but I couldn't get it to reset. Unfortunately I purchased a whole new panel thinking it also needed to be replaced :( Fix. Com didn't have that part so I had to order it from another company (not as good as Fix.com). Again I went to Fix.com to find installation instructions, not as easy or quick as installing the control module, but did get it done in 30 minutes. After installing it I had the same problem, I thought it would reset itself but it didn't. So, back to the Fix.com videos, and found instruction on how to reset it, took about 15 minutes. I most likely did not need a new panel for the fridge door if I had seen that video first. Oh well. I would use Fix.com again for appliance repair needs and highly recommend them to friends and family.

Microwave parts
December 27, 2020

Was ready to buy new microwave due to faulty part of existing microwave we have had over 15 years. Had brainstorm idea to google part needed which cost $51 & we saved several hundred dollars.

I ordered a actuator arm for my miter saw back in November. I got notice that it would arrive at fix on 12-8-2020 to be shipped immediately to my house. It is now 12-24 haven't heard a word from them. No way to track it. I understand we are in unprecedented times. But an update email would be nice. I have ordered parts from other companies this year. Was updated continuously where my order was at and when to expect it. Even received parts earlier than expected. Not impressed with them. Last time they get my money! Sorry I didn't go somewhere else.

Bought a part for my older generator, they sent the wrong part. Ok stuff happens paid the shipping and ordwered a replacement. The replacement part was the right part but did not fit. Stay away from this company unless you are buying hoses and clamps. That is all they are good for.

The hood over my stove over time had disintegrating light covers and then the filter spring popped out and there was no filter. The entire fixture looked dilapidated and I was afraid that it needed replacing - a rather expensive project. Took a chance on just replacing the worst parts. I looked it up on the internet and there it was an Fix.com. The price was reasonable for the five parts that I needed. They were extremely east to install myself and the whole hood looked like a new fixture.
