Ordered a bracket on Thursday with an emboldened promise on their website of "Free next day delivery". Four days later and nothing. Won't answer phone and direct to email query instead. Nothing back. I'd avoid.
Great service! Having bought a bracket from them 9 years ago, which was a good price, arrived promptly and perfect for the job, I contacted them last week about hanging a different tv on it and they could not have been more helpful. They responded immediately, advised me on everything I needed to know and generously sent me additional screws for the new tv.
Awful company to deal with- no address or phone numbers given anywhere! Need to return an item but can't as I can not contact them to find out their address m! The only way of contacting them is via their suspect ‘One for everything' online form - which is never read and I don't believe goes anywhere! Absolutely disgraceful - I'm warning people NEVER order from these people! I've reported them to Trading Standards!

Ordered Bracket 24th of April. It's now 29th of June. No bracket. Phone doesn't even ring when I call, though they never answered in the past anyway. No response to emails. Another Covid Casualty? Save your money. I was trying to give local business a chance rather than amazon. Lesson learned. Only cost 20 quid for the lesson.

This is the second time I have used Brackets r us and would thoroughly recommend them.
I have used this company twice now. The most recent sale was for a 55" Sony TV bracket. The correct bracket arrived, well packaged, took half an hour to install, and works perfectly. I had a query, which was answered almost immediately by Lee, and satisfactorily resolved. These brackets have a leaflet inside, which says that they should be fitted by a professional. I am an IT Consultant, so this is probably not my line of work. However, they only need a little common sense, and basic mechanical knowledge. A good range of products, and quick response, excellent.
Must compliment this Co for 1st class service. This is what internet buying should always be.

Found the bracket I needed quite easily on the website and it arrived within 24 hours. Second time I've bought a bracket from them and both good quality. Latest one a bit fiddly to assemble (2 hands not quite enough!) but nice & sturdy.
I was looking for an unusually sized wall bracket for a Panasonic Plasma TV and the helpline were really helpful in providing measurements. I ordered at 5 pm and it still arrived next day! The wall mount came with a full pack if fittings, to cover all possibilities and is truly a very robust and well made unit. Superb all round, I would not hesitate to recommend and use again.

I found Bracketsrus.co.uk through the search engine, Google. The website is so simple and easy to use. Basically, you filter the brackets by letting the website know what brand of TV you have and what size. It then selects the ones that are most suitable for your TV. You can even filter if you want a pivoting bracket, ultra slim flat-to-the-wall, corner bracket or levered brackets. At first I thought the prices were too good to be true. The delivery was fast and the product is spot on. Why pay at least £60-70 for a TV bracket from an electrical company when you can get the same bracket, if not a better one, from Bracketsrus.co.uk I have purchased three TV brackets from Bracketsrus.co.uk now and I've been happy with all of them. The instructions are very simply laid out and my TV's are still up on the walls! All in all a top company. Being in need of a bracket to wall mount a 26 inch t.
