First off the website was easy to use and has a huge selection of TV brackets at amazing low prices After ordering the wrong TV bracket I panicked but with their outstandingly good Customer service the problem was resolved and I received my bracket the next day, I also received a part refund that came through a lot faster than expected, The quality of the product was also to an amazing standard, I would definitely recommend.
Their website is misleading. When it says a bracket will fit all TVs of a certain make and size, it doesn't. After you have paid for the bracket they tell you that you need an adapter. They are either idiots or scam artists and are wasting my time.
I was in need of 3 brackets for my new house. I shopped around for a while and found the combined quality and price at bracketsrus are unbeatable. The brackets were delivered earlier than expected and excellently packaged.

Found exactly the right bracket for my rather old and very heavy plasma TV. Wasn't sure what bracket I needed but this site made it really easy to pick form a list of ones that were guaranteed to work.

Horrible company. They never pick up the telephone so customer service is non existent (probably fully aware that if they answer there are dissatisfied customers wanting some kind of service). The were late sending me the bracket, when it finally arrived it wasn't suitable and it cost me £13 to return it - so they just sent it back to me. No refund and stuck with a crap bracket I don't want. Absolutely disgusted. Please don't bother wasting your time and money, companies like this do not deserve your business.
Purchased a wall bracket for my Samsung LCD TV. Easy to use website and checkout on the Friday and the bracket was with us by Monday. Reasonable price too, one of the cheapest excelllent quality product! Will definately buy from again:-)

Despite a query on my payment at around 17:00 the bracket arrived around midday the next day. The bracket is very sturdy and although the instructions are not brilliant, all worked out well. Good product, great service.
When they said next day, yup, it got here next day with NO extra charge. Surprising really given how cheap the unit.

You NEED one of these for any t. V. wall install - my t. V. is 5yr. Old and bracket fitted as if it was made specifically for my unit
Now had 2 brackets from this company and happy with both. First was for a 26 inch tv was sturdy steel and gives a 45cm cantilever. No problems fixing. Second was for a small tv and was constructed of aluminium. Which was not stated on the website but was pretty obvious from the photo. Needed to provide additional leather washer (made out of old wallet} to increase friction and prevent upper arm catching on lower. Having said that the product was robust and precision made. Assembly and fixing was easy Delivery and prices very good.
The last two brackets I bought cost me a small fortune so when I found Bracketsrus for my new 19" tv in the kitchen I was made up with the price. The bracket was delivered quickly and easy to install. I am just about to buy the same product for my mum's bedroom.

Ordered a cantilever bracket for my new 40 inch smart led tv. I needed a bracket which was strong and supportive - well pleased with the price and quality of the product.

I selected a bracket from the Bracketsrus website and it arrived quickly in good order and at a good price. It was rather heavy (for a 55 inch TV) but it was easy to fix by drilling and plugging one hole in the wall, attaching the bracket to that, then using a spirit level, marking the remaining hole positions. An accurate spirit level is essential for this to get the wall plate truly horizontal. Now I have the option of moving the TV out from the wall and swivelling to any angle that I want. A brilliant piece of kit. Highly recommended.
Ordered a product and they rang me to say that the two halves of the bracket were a slightly different finish; would it matter? When I said it did not matter, they refunded me £10. I thought that was really good service.
Ordered a bracket (easy) paid for it, then decide to upgrade, requested an upgrade (easy), then the problem happened
First delivery, I was out- my fault
2nd delivery 3 adults in house (work being done on house)- no physical visit, but courier says yes they did so i clearly must have been somewhere else, and so was everyone else.
After a week of chasing, i had to provide an alternative address, which i did, and then the product came.
Product is fine, but is the original order, not the £25 upgrade
So 2 weeks late and the wrong product, can not be bothered to tell them, as clearly i am mistaken, the bracket does tilt and swing, even though the professional TV fitter says it doesnt!
