So many frames to choose from, quality lenses, prompt service, great customer service, great price. One of the best selection of frames of all the online eyeglass retailers. Shop around, you won't find a better selection or a better product.
They have great deals and an easy to use website. If everything isn't correct, they quickly assist and replace the product. Plus, they donate glasses to communities.
Though there are many selections, I wanted one specific frame that I already have. It wouldnt let me add in my prescription. I hate that, but I'm not mad at the fact that there are many more that are similar.

I'm not satisfied. I paid for blue blocking but my eyes hurt when I'm in front of my computer. Did not have this problem with the glasses I ordered from Zeelool. I gave 2 stars because the glasses are cute
I want a pair of glasses for $30 to $50. I don't like the chat nonsense because it doesn't work and leaves you hanging. So I had to eventually call to find out you don't sell just the lenses. Then I get hit up with this stupid questionnaire that asks for experience dates and whether you are an existing customer. It should know these things.
THe glasses were exactly what I wanted, and excellent value as well. I messed up the shipping, and the support staff were very understanding and supportive.
I got some sunglasses from here and they are pretty good. But, I am getting my regular prescription glasses from here because there is a good guarantee and a decent price.
Fast and easy. A little more expensive than I through it would be. Had to return the glasses the prescription was not correct. The return process was easy and fast. I wish they had worked.
Shipping was extremely slow! I received at 4 emails a day from the day of my order, emails still continue after unsubscribing from all of them! Very annoying! After receiving the glasses, they're not bad.

Ordered with a new prescription but the strength was slightly too high - the prescription was changed by Doctor to reflect and EyeMed remade the lenses after we returned the frames! Excellent quality and service.
I've bought over 5 pairs with eyebuydirect and they're all been pretty good! The only complaint i would have is the specific frame (amore heart frame) i buy, gets loose in the center and i constantly have to tighten it. But other than that no complains!

I was able to afford my prescription glasses with EyeBuyDirect, and it's the first time using bifocals, and first I was so happy when I got my order, was fast and on time. The frame is great and I put them on and I have only haven't them off to sleep and shower, I love them and the color of the frame matches my hair color, I'm super happy, I wanna order another kind of frames, maybe sunglasses, and oh I'm transitioning to the bifocals very nicely, thank you.
