Well ordering this item was a last minute thought & when I saw a 2-3 week delivery I was disappointed that our grandson would not have it for Christmas, but ORDERED any way. I was so surprised to see it at my front door. You guys can make it happen!
I was supposed to receive my superchip today and we have not received it and the tracking shows it has been in lanexa for 2 days. I'm a little upset it's not here because I need to use it before I can drive my jeep

Fed X said out for delivery since 1/11/2025 daily again 12,13,14,15: supervisor, lie finally called Fed X headquarters in Memphis Tennessee they had them pull packages and I picked up at the warehouse. The only reason I won't buy again from ET is because they only use FedX a one star rating with BBB with thousands of one star ratings. E T was great shipper cause me to go else where for jeep accessories
The team at Extreme Terrain helped me with deciding on the right products for our Jeeps. In addition, the carrier lost one of our items, and instead of waiting, Extreme just sent a new items out so I didn't have to wait which most company's would not do

The purchasing part was easy as should be considering it was all done by myself. The shipping part was less than desirable. I paid almost 20 dollars for expedited 2 day shipping. Well, it took 5 days to get the bumper. Then, once I did get it, the box was damaged along with the edge of the bumper. Paint was scraped off and the edge was mushroomed out. Looks to have been dropped pretty hard on that side of the box.

Waited a week for my order, called to find out it was never shipped. Pick another accessory company. They did manage to send me 12 emails asking how the service was in the meantime.
Package was delivered today the box was open on the bottom crushed on the side and retaped on the top. One of the products hasn't been picked up by the carrier yet, 4 days later.
The website and accompanying emails after my purchase were truly helpful. From the videos and how to guides and the seemless integrating truly made my experience.
Extreme Terrain is great themselves as the company but the seats I got are a different story. The brackets are trash when it comes to putting them together. Nothing lines up to bolt them together. The stitching on the lowers where you have to bolt them to the uppers are trash and having the 13mm bolt heads exposed and pulling the fabric over them is going to cause an issue with rubbing or cutting a hole in the material. Something as simple as plastic bolt head covers so no rough edges would of been the ideal thing.
Long wait for order and then the wrong parts came.
Now they say 2 more weeks for the right parts to be sent out. First order with this company and it's a bummer.
The parts they sent did not fit my vehicle, even though the description said they would. Starting a return seems to be impossible. I'll never buy anything from them again.

I purchased parking sensors that were said to be in stock. Items should ship in 2 to 3 days. After 5 days I called and was told that they were not available and had to come from the manufacturer. So instead of it taking 2 to 3 days it took almost 2 weeks for my order to get to me. So don't believe that "It's In Stock " call the customer service line and check first!
Extremely as always provided excellent service. The only issue I have is they ship with FedEx, and they are always changing the delivery date, which makes me crazy as I plan my work based on the delivery. The shipping will be heavy on my decision to order from Extreme Terrain going forward.

Paid for 2 day shipping and all that's been done is a label made ups hasn't received the package yet so now I have to tell my customer that it's going to be longer which is not good for my business
Customer service rep was very knowledgeable and answered my questions fully. Once I received the parts they were exactly as described. They seemed very good quality and were cery easy to install. When I need more parts for my Jeep, I will definitely be contacting Extreme Terrain!
While the adhesive on the guards was no longer working and the surface prep wipes were dried out, I was able to to get a third party solution to get the corner guards in place.
Mud flaps don't fit require a lot of modification, The back wheel flaps flaps fit but front mud flaps hit on rock rails and don't really line up with connectors

Since you were having a lot of issues installing and with fitment, I would be happy to start a return if you would like.
