I'm not sure if my first message went through so I will try it again. I would like to let it be known that the young man that helped me the when I returned the and most likely when I extended mine last time and the young man that helped when returning my car was very kind very knowledgeable. Very kind and cared about the way I was feeling how my day was going. He was just overall a great person. I do remember his name and I will probably seek out him for his help the next time that I come in, don't we all wanna be treated nicely not saying that others were not nice. Because they were all very kind and helpful I'm just saying for me. He went above and beyond.
Employees are doing their best with conflict resolution, understaffed and depending on who you speak with there is discrepancies on rental terms & policies and non documented communications resulting in unnecessary escalated issues. Staff seemed stressed on both pick up of rental and drop off due to these issues. This was an insurance claim and there was a lot of miscommunications and unnecessary stress of a process that should be streamlined.
The staff at this location are simply great! Very helpful and respectful. Go see them if you need a quick accommodation and they will take care of you.
