Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Reserved a full-sized car but were put in a small SUV. But it got great gas mileage and was pleasant to drive. We have no complaints!

The Service is exceptional. There was a wait I was acknowledged and told it would be a few minutes; I was asked if I would like a glass of water. I had the feeling my time was as valuable as their time was.

I really felt that I was cared and supported from the beginning to the end. Big appreciation to Latifa on showing great empathy and support on my situation and needs as well as Ella for walking me through features on a car that really really helped me good take of my in-laws :)

Best car rental experience I have had with the most friendly and professional people! Maybe partly due to the excellent Arizona weather, but credit is surely due to these Enterprise employees at the Mesa, AZ ( Broadway and Alma School Rd) location.

Friendly, great customer service, all around good company. We only use Enterprise North Frazier location. A good experience every time I need a rental.

I got a rental car on April 3 and it was a Hyundai ELANTRA and it got stolen within a few days of having the vehicle and come to find out. This is the number one stolen vehicle in the United States and enterprise is trying to charge me for the theft and I had no control over it. Totally unfair and heartbreaking.

Price, availability and convenience were major factors in choosing this Enterprise location. Nathan and the team there are super helpful and efficient!

Returned to renting from Enterprise Car Rentals. After having used my Corporate Class Enterprise Account back in
Yrs-2000-2008, We have decided to return after we tried other car rental brands. Enterprise always provides professional and knowledgeable staff. Overall, our recent experience, we were very well cared for and happy with our Hundai SUV, very comfortable seats are super important.

So few rental car agencies put the customer first! They made the entire experience painless and quick and I have never felt so valued as I have been at this location.

As I currently stated, I highly recommend enterprise rentals, based upon the quality of service, in addition to the friendly speed of service that the staff has always provided me with.

Anthony was so helpful when I first made the reservation and picked up my car. I had to make a few extentions on my rental and every time they were friendly and helpful when the rate changed due to the holidays.
