Nothing elite about this dating site. There is no ability to do your own search and majority of matches I receive are >100 miles away. Watch out for the distance you chose in your search filter. I chose 50 miles (the smallest miles possible) but every couple of days Elite Singles changes it to 500 miles. I change it back to 50 & every other time I check, it is changed to 500. Unethical company! They will never get a another penny from me.

I joined this site along with another. This site is not even available most of the time. When I am able to get on, the people on it are the same as the other site I joined but at least the other site is available to access and offers more people to meet.
This was a total mistake and i would like to get a refund but of course, once sucked in, you can cancel but no refund. I paid for 6 months! It should be illegal to take a persons money and then they can't even access the site and when they do, there is no one on it except scammers and false profiles - plus some of the same people offered on better site =silver singles.

Their filters don't work and even their website rarely loads. And there is ZERO ZERO ZERO way to reach customer service. This site is GARBAGE.

Joined this website was a half year ago, was not going to renew the membership after the due date but they renewed it without my consent, even-thought with the cancellation message I got from them as a proof, but they wont return the money back to me no matter what! Leaving my comments here just let the others to aware of it, or don't even use it as there is very litter chance you will meet the right person from this site.

Wow. I am NOT a snob. Grew up blue collar, work hard for a living. Not looking for a sugar daddy, nor a man I have to support. Looking for passion, honesty, EQ, IQ, laughter, kindness, empathy. Not getting the "elite" hits I thought this site would provide. Not within my age criteria, or within the realm of the 1+ hour I spent explaining who I am and what I'm looking for. So disappointed.

Six weeks ago I decided to renew my subscription to 'Our Time' since they had continued to email me as if I were still a customer. I went to their website and filled out the required information, including my credit card information. Instead of being on their site I found I was on Elite Singles. I immediately blocked payment. However, a week later your charge was resubmitted to my credit card. When I found the charge a week after that, I tried to cancel it again but my credit card company told me they'd already paid the charge and it was now my responsibility. I'll have a talk with them about. Since I was stuck with the bill I decided to try the service anyway.
When I check my email on my phone daily I find numerous (10-12 a day) notices of someone supposedly interested in me. When I log in to my Elite account 90 percent of these 'notices' don't appear. And these are only the ones that don't ask me to 'contact a friend of the writer who'd be perfect for me'.
I can only conclude that this service is either poorly run or full of security risks and not what I agreed to be a part of.

You have to send a message 2-3 times because it is that glitchy. I have canceled the app less then 24h, they push you to Google Pay, where there is no person to talk with. Agreement is that if you tried to send one message they get to keep your money. They kept the money for the whole 6 months. I have sent them messages with screenshots saying message can't send. This company won't do anything about it. They just keep your money.

Total waste of time and money, there are a lot of fake profiles on this site.
When I complained about it my inbox went nuts, again all fake profiles!

This is not an American based company, appears to be in Germany. The site responds with bots, not real people. Bots are set up as out of State profiles, so you appear to be popular, but if you respond they are cut from the system like they're doing you a favor eliminating the fraudsters. But eventually you realize its 99% fake. It's just a way to take your money.

My name is Darryl C. Evans. To many scams. A lot of members with no photo. Try getting a refund. They don't mention you can only apply for a refund within 72 hours. A lot of non-members, tell how they found a love partner. Then they have a friend whom saw you profile, and her is her info. I've only been on this site for 8 days, this happen (6) times, and yesterday. Complained about it, we are working on it. This site has no vetting, whatsoever. No phone verification. When you report a scammer, they will remove the profile, then allow another profile to be created with the very same pictures! I was innundated with scam profiles, interacted with a couple of the more sophisticated ones, and "met" exactly two real live humans. I deleted the account before the end of the first period, because it was just too much risk for so much time spent cleaning out scam profiles to try to get to one that was real. Utter waste of money, and a lot of time.

They keep taking your money after you cancel. I cancelled last year and they took 3 more payments and refuse to refund

Totally unacceptable terms and services. No updates on renewal and refuse to refund the money. The website in general is also pathetic, I hadn't used it in 4 months and then they decide to take £170 from my account with no prior intimation. Poor service and I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed in it. I even said that I couldn't afford it so please refund the money, but they didn't bother at all, just pure brutal.

I tried a 3 month membership. So many creeps on this site. Then when I wanted to cancel the automatic renewal…they said I had to cancel 3 days before my renewal date, not on the date itself. When I asked to have it refunded, they denied it. You can't speak with anyone on the phone, it is based in Germany. I had this problem with Zoost. But they understood and refunded me.
I would say for the premium price they pay and they creeps on site. STAY AWAY

Complete waste of money. Glitchy. Decline matches continue to show up due to technology issue. Anyone I matched with seemed to lie about their location, as their area code didn't match with the location noted on their profile. There's only an option for a 3 month subscription, not one. They clearly state there isn't a refund after use but didn't specify the timeline upfront. I later find out, it's 3 days after using the app. They do not hold up their end of the deal, so why not extend the refund policy.

My suspicion is that the sites that rate elite highly are paid reviewers. They have horrible policies and horrible customer service. Don't let them steal your money! Stay away. Numerous accounts are fake. Matches are hundreds of miles away and you can't really tell. Maybe if you are in NYC you will see someone local. And "elite" is a joke. No offense. But I got on to get matches that were professionals and educated. I did not find many accounts with similar education and career status- and I'm not exactly a ceo myself. Overall horrible experience that was exasperated by their predatory behavior of charging my account a second time. My new goal in life is to take this shameful company down.

This site had numerous times they sent me emails saying they had sketchy lying reviews of illegitimate profiles. To be wary of who I had contacted me Scary. Also they say they are a highly educated site. There are men on there with only a high school education & no social skills. Misrepresenting who they are in their profile pics.

Plus, on this site you cannot search for connections even after the money you send them. You can only wait to see who they send you as a match. In my experience these matches were awful. They had nothing to do with what I said I was looking for. I met one guy who posted a pic of him driving a boat, looking young and healthy. When I met him he admitted he had disability issues and was very infirm after a car accident years before. I am a yoga instructor. He could barely walk.

Terrible site. Do not give them your money.

-almost no local matches. In live in Detroit, and after six months only a handful within 3 hours

-constant spam makes it impossible to tell if someone is real or not

-after asking to cancel, they continue to charge me and will not stop. Had to cancel my card to get rid of these people.
