There were about six-seven people in my state on the site, as a woman that is 55, I was approached by many romance scammers. I was surprised when I asked for a partial refund and it was granted.

Elite Dating site is listed as a #1 dating site. Wrong, You have to fill out all the information then you see nothing unless you pay. Also, if you are looking for any other ethnicity other than White, you're out of luck.

I joined on 12/28/22 and just cancelled my subscription. I also deleted my account/data. Why? Today I became aware of 4 fake profiles, 3 of which were interacting with mine! So Creepy!

What a scam, free membership you are unable to view anything. Get membership can only purchase a min of 3 months. Site is difficult to navigate and IMPOSSIBLE I MEAN IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I literally never even heard of Elite Singles until today when I seen they took money out of my bank account. They took $127 out of my account and then when the bank caught them they put it back. I'm unsure of how they got my bank numbers, but from what I read there are plenty of scammers on the website so I'm not all that surprised.

Site is full with "BOTS". Numerous fake profiles. I thought this would be a great site for higher income professionals but not in the millionaire status-I was wrong. Suspect profiles and pics were submitted to customer service and these profiles are still active... Rip Off... I gave them one star because they were willing to refund my balance for the unused months I paid for.

I was fraudulently charged on my creditcard for $119. Called customer service...on hold for 2 hours...AFTER it was stated that there were 0 calls ahead of me. Ridiculous.

This website is a total scam and waste of time. The matches are not real. Most live several hours away. No pictures or profiles filled out. How does this sire stay in business? They should be shut down. I got scammed out of $200.00. Not sure how these people sleep at night.

This company should be shut down. They enroll people in a $400 autorenewal scheme without consent. Will not give a refund even though I wasn't able to log into my account to cancel and haven't used it for 6 months. Algorithm is crap, matches totally inappropriate.

I really don't know where to begin. This site is lousy with scam and scam artists and they don't seem to be able to (or even care to) do anything about it. On the first day this lady (?) sent a message saying she was getting off the site but wanted to introduce me to a friend of hers. I must have seen that at least 20-30 times and the script would hardly change, and you report them and they take them off. In other words they wait for their customers to tell them somethings wrong rather than try to you know be proactive about it and try to catch it before it bothers said customers. Must be a lot cheaper that way! But oh if you try to change anything in your profile, intense scrutiny then. Yeah they're really looking out for folks! The coup de grace so to speak was last night. Someone hacked my account! Yeah the $#*! took down all my pics save one, a nice scenery shot s/he must have liked. But the really fun part this social misfit contacted something like 80-90 women on the site, mostly smiles but some very weak attempts at conversation, WITH MY ACCOUNT! Let that soak in. I was completely gobsmacked that their security could be so f'in lousy! And of course I let them know about it and of course they did nothing. So I began contacting some of the ladies this $#*! contacted telling them it wasn't me that had contacted them but rather said $#*!. And you can probably guess what happened. They kicked ME off because I was giving them bad publicity or something. Just telling the truth and trying to be honest, something the people who run this site know little or nothing about! Please take my advice, DON'T GO THERE

Really, do not simply gloss over all of the negative reviews regarding this site. Trust me, these reviews are accurate. This site is filled with fake profiles and scammers. And the few profiles that are legit... are hardly what I'd call "elite." If you're actually a professional, you can do much better.

I used them a while back. Every aspect of their so called service is utter garbage! A complete and utter waste of money even when they offer an 87% discount and offer you $15 a month that you have to pay 6 months up front for!

Beware of auto renewal of subscription, with price variances from website / apps. Would not recommend this to anyone.

As far as I can tell, there are only scammers on this site. Please do not waste your money. Every person to contact me has been a scammer and I'm not even a month in.

-I signed up for 1 month and got into a 1-year membership.
-I was only billed 30 days after the purchase.
Making it impossible to refund the large sum taken from my account (According to "Katie" from support).
Predatory pricing.
-I am experienced with online purchases, but this caught me off guard.

What you are looking for is far far from reality on what you getting from them you are just wasting your time and money

I joined Elite Singles as I am new to the area and thought it might be a good way to meet new people. I was disappointed with the sections in my area, this has nothing to do with Elite Singles. I was caught off guard with the number of fake listings that were mixed in. They wanted to connect on another company platform after the first Hello. The reason I felt they were fake is because they all use the same verbiage on each response. I canceled my subscription weeks before they next payment was due and received an email it was cancels. I checked my profile, and it reflected cancel and no longer viewable. I had the good sense to edit my profile so personal details and pictures were removed. Much to my surprise Elite Singles charged my account after I did everything correctly to end, remove my profile from active status. I requested several times to receive a credit for the amount not authorized to charge. I did get an email from Elite Singles Berlin, Germany saying they could not find my account and to forward the following to them for review:
*The name on the credit card used
*The last 4 digits of the card
*The amount
*The date the payment was made (as it appears on your bank statement)
*The full payment reason on your statement
*Your Google Play reference number (if applicable)
*The invoice ID or email address linked to your PayPal account if your payment was made via PayPal
*A scanned copy of your bank statement, or a screenshot on which the transaction is clearly visible, would be a great help. You can add it as an attachment to your reply.
*****I guess I can say goodbye to that transaction.

Major red flags. Nobody in their right mind would hand off access to their finances to another country. There is no phone number that I could speak with someone, only email. My advice is beware of Elite Singles and its sister companies. I went into it with an open mind, I'm not surprised it ended the same as another site I used years ago. I would say if you can afford it and are looking to meet someone for a long-term commitment or marriage, reach out to a true matchmaker.

I wrote numerous emails inquiring about how to cancel my father in laws subscription due to a serious illness at the time he was hospitalized and unable to communicate and elite singles refused to cancel stating they needed a power of attorney kinda hard to get a power of attorney when one is unable to communicate and seriously ill. Other Companies where extremely helpful and had no issues in cancelling his subscription such as roman and human super nice and helpful compared to elite singles. Once my father in law passed they still refused to cancel his subscription without a death certificate. If I could rate them a ZERO I would they are horrible they only care about their bottom dollar. They should take a course in empathy!

If you don't want to be fighting to get your money back, don't let these fraudsters bait you into buying a membership. They barely have any real accounts, it's all one big scam. There is no use in trying to find sweet and beautiful of ladies on EliteSingles, the name of the site is deceptive and sarcastic. In fact, it's a bad joke. Investing money in one thing, but wasting it is another. Elitesingles are money grubbers. I hope they will be shut down soon.
