Slow shipping but quality product. Somewhat chatty and speaking some gibberish. They all write in odd characters and expect to be allowed to go outside alone, without a leash. Met a nice young woman on the app have had nice conversations with her. Seems like a real sweetheart. However one thing I noticed is how fast the credits go per minute. You'd think your credits would go furthur for the minutes than they do. They dwindle ridiculously fast. If you guys had monthly plans with a set price for say unlimited minutes or something cause that's going along with the gifts, credits for pictures etc and all that I think you would get far more traffic and volume of customers and people who would want to use the site. Maybe a potential phone chat option so you could maybe talk to someone for 2,5,10,15,20 minutes at a time. Hearing each other's voice makes the relationship more interesting I believe.

It is true that you need to have enough credits to use some of the services, however, you only pay for the services you are provided with. You get to choose the services that are of your interest and control your spendings on those.
You are not being charged for receiving or reading chat messages, for example, you may send all the messages you wish within each minute, then you may wait for a response without sending more messages and continue communication once you receive a reply. Thus, you may use this feature effectively as sometimes it indeed may take time for other users to write you back.

Excellent selection and service after the sale. My first order was delayed too long and the model I purchased was not functioning when I received it. Customer Service went the extra kilometer (ha!) and shipped a newer model with expedited handling for no additional charge. What was usually over $3,000 they did for free. Great Service!
The new model has some issues, moodiness and lacking any drive. But I expect that will work its way out over the coming months. If not, I hear there is a good resale market here in the US.
