It is just a basic dating site. Underwhelming interface and limited features. Nothing "Elite" other than the fact that there is no free subscription or trial period. Not worth the money in my opinion.

1. Search criteria-not 1 person fits into my search criteria, actually it is as if the search criteria is fake because I get matches from across the country that meet zero of my criteria 2. Get so many scammers contacting me saying rude and disgusting things, it is pathetic, that is all I get for the most part.

I read these other reviews and they are not wrong. I did not have a great matching experience with Elite Singles, I did not feel the platform actually honored the preferences I set with age or location and often my "matches" were people who were as far from who I was interested in as was possible. I also still have questions about if they keep old accounts on the site after they are supposed to be deleted (I have no way to verify this either way as I did ask for my profile to be deleted and I personally deleted my pictures, but wasn't able to delete the answers to my questions- I think that is a flaw in the system.). However, when I reached out to the customer service at Elite I did get a quick response. Granted the original response was that they would not issue a refund for the 5 months I had prepaid for and was not going to use at all as I had deleted my account, but that was not the final outcome and I am thankful for the final outcome. Ultimately, I think you have to have a real case and be truly willing to stay off the site if you want a refund. If you believe the site is not for you and they did not fulfill their obligations (which I do not believe they did) you should get a refund of the time you are not going to be on the site, even if you originally did what I did and got the 6 mos. Membership (because I was hopeful). Ultimately, even though it took some strong arming and stating I would go to the parent company if they did not resolve the issue, customer service for Elite (*******@elitesingles.com) did come through and give me a refund for the 5 mos. I was not going to use their service. Maybe this site is for some people. If this review site is any indication, there are a lot of people who did not feel this site was worth the time or money. Think carefully about using Elite and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND just getting the one month and seeing if it is a good match for you... it might be. I wish everyone luck. Online dating is just not for me I guess. I wish it was... there aren't that many alternatives in a covid world in a small town. Good luck to you all!

The elitesingles.com website and matching software is terrible. Most of the matches are from overseas, regardless of your geographic location setting. I get about 20 smiles a day from fake accounts like "Gmail me MADISONAYISHA". I feel that most of the interactions are not from real people, but are from bots. The reason I say that is the conversation will start out and quickly dead end. For people who are serious about finding someone, I would not waste your time or money with this elitesingles.com

Today I subscribe to this sites for only one month testing, for some reasons they charge me for 6 months for $230.00 so then when I tried to contact them there is no number to call, or no any customer service to help you. And also their system is very poor, you cannot even fix the gender if you change it due by accident hitting that I'm a woman and not a man, so there is no way to change it, due to their very poor system, you cannot even call them, and you cannot even email them, I had been emailing them, but no one's returning my email. It is a very frustrating sites. So I have to call my credit card company it they can help me of disputing the transaction. What a mess! Listen y'all when you look up the first reviews for them saying almost 5 stars, and that is a fake one they created, so if you scrolled it down, you can see the real reviews and it's true, very poor system and not organized. So at this time they got me, but we will see if I can get my money back.

Elite Singles is a complete waste of money! A complete scam. Almost all of the hits I get are from women working email, or text scams. As well, the administrators do nothing to clean up their web site. This has been a terrible experience and I assume it is the same for most women. My recommendation is to steer clear of this site!

Worst dating site ever. There was a very slim choice of people to chose from- all unattractive & was unable to get a refund after a few days- waste of $250.00 3rd party customer service! SCAM!

I've been a premium member for 3 weeks. It's been a continuous line of scammers, sometimes multiple times a day. I've reported each one. They do not vet their members! Beware!

Asked about ethnicity or religion I wanted early on, then took up an hour with more questions, then rejected application for wanting my own type.
They are replacists trying to implement the great replacement!

I got catfished and almost got scammed. Fortunately I realized it was before it was too late. But after that I'm getting so many matches without pictures and with very suspicious profile. Also, when I sent someone a smile, a profile with the same person's picture at different location and with different age showed up on my "Have you met list." It was so odd that it showed up after I exhausted the daily suggestions. I felt like the company is monitoring my activity and setting up a fake profile to send it to my way. Is this company real deal or are they all crooks trying to scam people? I wish there's federal investigation of the company that can shut it down.

All I get is a bunch of scams coming to my mail. Girls to say they are 56 years old and a picture looks like they're 18. You can tell it's a scam because their name has Gmail in there or text me at. I get at least 10 a day. Do not sign up for this dating app it's a total scam.

Trying to cancel my account is near impossible. I cannot find a phone number or an email that seems to get through to these scammers. I imagine they will send my account to collections soon. I hope others are not caught in this horrific whirlpool of non-service.

This company is the worse dating website no one should ever join them. I spoken to one of their rep Katie Berns rude rude scammer. They charged me without notifying me and my rent is in a rears due to money being deducted from my account. I asked why notifying me after the payment goes through rather than let me know before they charge to see if I'm ready to pay another 6 months or 3 months whatever length of time that is. Katie emails me the same thing that they had to charge the the same amount they charged me last time which is 6 months ago and I am thinking you don't know if someone still wan to pay so it would be helpful to send an email to see if customer want to renew their membership.

I'm frustrated as soon as I saw their email that my membership is renewed and that is paid I contacted them right away so I can get a refund as I lost a job due to covid and I straggling to get rent so I needed that fund for my rent I explained this to Katie she didn't seem to care.

I never seen a rude rude customer service representative like Katie, I asked if I can speak to the manager she didn't even reply.

I need my money I know covid have hit so many people but that's no excuse to just charge people without notifying them, so wrong wrong.

I have spoken to my friends who are on different dating sites they said no company that charge without notifying they email you that your membership is about to expire and if you like to renew or not.

That's the professional way integrity is everything.

$108 was deducted on the 23th January via PayPal I also emailed them as soon as just like 5 mins after they notified me that they have taken money no one came back to me as well so they all worse no wonder they work together. I really need my fund I am behind with my rent and at least have compassion Katie.

Elite has you fill out a detailed questionare, such as age requirements, distance desired, Most almost 95 % of those they provide live to far from you, are to young or to old, do not suggest people you desire e.g. no african americans yet they send you African americans to choose from

Very frustrating to find someone you are interested in while the possible candadtes are not who you desire.

Forget Refunds and they make it hard to delete your profile and never give a refund

Elite Singles is a nightmare! First, it is based in Germany, so forget the idea that they might have any degree of customer service or responsiveness. The quality of the matches is abysmal. Old, gross, inappropriate and uneducated is an understatement. The remainder are scammers or fake profiles. The men are low class and grubby and their communication is typically disrespectful and dumb. There is no 'algorithm' for members and matches other than someone's credit card payment clearing. Your stated matching criteria will NEVER be met including location, age and race. It is also possible that they will share your profile on their other websites without your knowledge or permission. The positive reviews you may see about them on other sites are also fake. Spark Networks is a dubious company that makes money shamefully taking advantage of people and putting the safety of their real members at risk without any sense of responsibility or concern. I believe my bank account was hacked as a direct result of contact with one of their matches. Steer clear of this website! You will be glad you did.

Insists that they will match you with """elite""" / highly educated individuals but almost every 'match' is high school diploma or girls that are barely 18, no matter how many times you set your preference to age appropriate matches and higher education settings. Every profile is old, a match that ignores your preferences, or fake. They make you pay upfront to use basic features before you can realize it's a bad deal. Stick with more well-known sites, or location based dating apps.
