Far too many scammers each night! I get bombarded with fake messages from women 30 years younger than I am. If they exit! Worst site of those I've tried.

RUN! The site is clunky, and I receive 1 or 2 scam messages on a DAILY basis (see example below). People I message never respond (OK, may not be a "looker"...), and the few who "like me" live thousands of miles away and haven't read my profile. There are a lot of men on this site with high school diplomas, and not the educational minimum promised. This site is a waste of time, but more than that, it leaves me with an uneasy feeling that I have been duped and that my identity could potentially be compromised.

Elite singles has far more fake, spam and phishing profiles than real ones on my account. In the week or so I've been on I've had maybe one at the most legitimate messages daily and somewhere between 3-5+ daily fake messages. I have had very good luck with very few fakes and scams and spam on Match and on Zoosk. My friend heard it was a good site. But, Elite singles in my opinion is horrible! I've reported every single one, I message them to complain and ask for a refund and they just deflected and defended.

This site does nothing to control fake profiles. There are so many fake profiles that it is hard for you to sift through any legitimate profiles that you would consider dating. I've had more than 75% of the messages I get have an email or a phone number on their profile picture to respond to which ends up being a scam for money. I have repeatedly asked the site to do something about this and to improve their security or detection of fake profiles. They only respond with form emails they give me some stupid Set of instructions to get me nowhere. Save your money as you will not be happy with the customer service or the way to say is monitored. Tell all your friends not to use this site. They do not deserve to get any money and I don't believe that they have as many new members that they say

Avoid at all costs. If you think this is an 'elite' site, think again. It's infested with fake profiles, run by an algorithm that will pair you up with 'potential partners' thousands of miles away. You may even receive a few from the wrong gender! Why? Because Elite Singles is a money mill. The owners(whoever they are) don't give a $#*! about finding you a partner - once you've paid, you're on your own. Members can join for free if they restrict themselves to a 'smile', so you will be inundated with 'smiles', and left to ponder whether to call the cell number scrawled under their photos. It's tawdry, it's sleazy, and it's a rip-off.

After registration and paying the premium membership it turned out: there are NO highly educated or sophisticated people. NOT at all as promised. Feels like a very cheap dating app.

After requesting a refund: NO response at all. No way to get my money back.

Don't do it. No one responds to you. You click on a profile the criminal staff responds to you. Someone please throw these A**holes in jail please. Profiles are fake and inactive.

Joined as a Premium Member then shortly thereafter observed a scam pattern of being furnished many attractive model looking persons showing an interest but no response. These people interested mostly resembled European models. The numbers were greatly disproportionate the area of interest. I simply wanted OUT of the website, & tried to take my profile OUT. Their system simply would not let me. I've noticed other observers state that they do not have that many members, thus I suspect that they keep everything they can. I rate this site less than 1, and will file complaints to the US FTC & FCC litter8

IM 73 yrs old and getting women that live far far away from me and there ages anywhere from 30 to 50 tears old and posting the phone numbers on the photos! IM from Daytona and posted that I want no more than 50 miles traveling from me. IM getting women from the mid west any where from 500 mile to 3 thousand miles. So I wasted my time and money with this SCAM crap! BEWARE!

The links to the daily match don't work. All the matches are from different states or 100s of miles away from me, in spite of my preference of no more than 100 miles. I am so sorry I wasted time and money on this site, which came from clicking a link about intelligent singles. Ha! Should have stuck with eharmony.

The worse dating website ever! Plus there is no customer service to call. They overcharged me, they promised to refund it. Instead, they charged me again. Now I have to dispute with my credit card.

This site was recommended by a friend but have been so dissappointed. The "thorough" personality quiz is so generic that it does not discern any true characteristics and traits one may be looking for in a partner. You can match with anyone in an age range - and I placed a limited mileage for searches but have been getting "likes" and matches from all over the U.S. Although this was my first try on online dating, I can tell when a bogus message is sent. I do not recommend this site.

Women: Don't waste time and money on this service.
Poor qualify men. Minimum searching distance is 50 miles! Cant see pic unless subscribed on min 3 months and once I saw pics. It was nightmare! Bad vibes. Can't get money back. It's horrible

7 phishing and fake messages in the past hour. Frequency increasing since start of 2022. Calling customer care is totally frustrating.

I still don't like the site! But, I sent and email asking for a refund and got it. Very thankful. Wish I would've copied the email and phone number for everyone out there. Not so easy to find. But, they are there. Good luck!

Use refutable well known websites. This site just take your money and gives you "0" service! Most of profiles are fake scammers! And the 1% that is not won't match your criteria.

From CA - I cancelled the day after renewal by auto payment. I disputed the cc charge after the company refused to issue a credit. Site was a disappointment and I never used for last 5 months. I am now receiving threatening collection and legal emails. Buyer Beware of their ethics and questionable tactics. There are no credits or proration based on date cancelled. The most recent threatening email will go to consumer protection agencies and BBB.

Many dating sites that I have used have a dedicated customer service number but, EliteSingles does not. I'm running into issues with the "explore" function but, have had not found any helpful answers provided by other members. If your spending good money to use there website then they need to apply some of that money to a dedicated telephone customer service department.
