They are excellent!

Needed a phone for my work and business, just recently placed an order with them for a Kyocera e4610, just a basic good phone for work and things outside my personal life. Phone came in the original box all brand new, confirmed that it's new because the call timer was on 0, and everything else this company offers seems tempting, would gladly buy another phone from them when my current main phone dies.

Phone has came in as advertised and shipping was on par with the method I selected. Good thing they are around, it's hard to find good prices on certain phones out there. Would definitely buy again.

Paid $260 for a phone plus an extra $18 for UPS ground shipping from Brooklyn to Boston. My credit card was charged immediately. Expected delivery within a couple of days. Three days later, I get a tracking number... for USPS, not UPS. Now it's 8 days later, I have received nothing, and the USPS tracking site for the number I was given hasn't been updated (still says "Package Accepted" with no estimated delivery date). "Steve" responds to my emails with 4- or 5-word responses, which arrive after 24-48 hours and are carefully engineered to offer just enough vague reassurance to keep me from assuming he's a fraud.

But he's a fraud. Do not give this person money. I'm out $280. Don't make the same mistake!

Update: After I posted this review, he contacted me and eventually refunded my money. So now I'm not out $280 any more, just 10 days and multiple frustrating emails and phone calls.

I am picky about my choices in shopping. I found Electronicsforce when i was doing a google search for my cell phone. I didn't want to find the carrier sites ( t-mobile, sprint, etc.) or ebay so i looked for something else. Once i went to the website i found that it was very easy to navigate, simply and thoroughly described on each phone's page, and, most importantly, the prices were well within my budget. I enjoyed my experience with their customer service. One i called to confirm my order was being shipped, i was greeted with warmth and respect by the professionals on their hotline. I will definately purchase from them again if i need another phone.

Fantastic overall!

All i can say about electronicsforce.com is that these guys are the best website around when it comes on getting a new phone. Their shipping is a little late even if you paid for faster shipping due to the fact that they need 2/3 business days to process the order and then ship it out. But so far im impressed with the new phone that i got from them at such a cheaper price compared to other stores.

I wish it was possible to give a higher than 5 star review, because the Electronicsforce.com warrants it! A huge thanks to Adam and Jack for taking the time to answer all my questions. We were interested in potentially switching from a different phone and they helped make that a reality. Adam even went the extra mile and helped us work through getting the correct info to corporate to get our rebate processed. The customer service at this store is second to none and we're looking forward to continuing with Electronicsforce.com from now on!

An excellent deal well made with them. Hard to find phones from a couple of years ago, gladly they have them in stock and still brand new. I never buy the latest flagships I always wait a year or two to get them cheaper and now I found the store that will be the source of all my phone purchases.

A few days late- however cannot say enough about the associate Jack that assisted me! He was fantastic and answered all my basic questions to help me with my order. He was kind, knowledgeable and very patient. I recently upgraded my phone and had many unforeseen charges. Jack helped clarify and even offered her time to help me find ways to save! Thank you Jack! I will be back when I am ready to purchase new phones for my family.

Best phone merchant experience I've had. Many phone stores in my area are your typical scam artists and they can't be trusted, cell2get took some investigating through reviews and such but after confirming their legitimacy, I went a placed the order. After placing my order they shipped it out 1 day after and with the shipping method I selected of 3 day. Shipping and everything according to the usps business days and phone came in the mail as expected and I'm glad to be enjoying my new device.

I highly recommended, the service is elite but the vibe in itself is so warm and welcoming. I'm not just saying this to say, it's really exemplar. If anyone ask this business is the first place I refer. I don't have to question whether I'm being lied to, or ripped off; it's a honest and fulfilling. The reason why I'm even writing this right now is because I got my phones from here for over 6 years.

This is unlike any other phone store I have ever been to. The store manager Steven is a genuine helpful person and his attitude towards helping you in anyway possible no matter how long it takes is why I will always come to this store.
Not like other stores that try to get your money and move on to the next customer, he cares about your needs and his values are with all the staff members.
He helped me understand my situation and answered and questions fully with no lies. Not a shady guy like other places have.
I can't say enough good things about this place. If you are ever in the area this place is worth a shot.
His positive attitude is contagious. Electronicsforce found themselves a winner with this location on the internet.

They were super helpful!
I had a case with a replacement phone, they managed to exchange it in less then 4 days after I put in my return request to send the initial phone back. Other then that super great website, staff was really nice and been doing business with this store for the past 6 years, If they can't give you a better service as a business then no one can.

I cannot find enough positive accolades to describe how professional, knowledgeable, competent and incredible my experience today was with this store. It was all due to the remarkable service provided by your customer service rep, jack! He not only expertly handled all my technical issues, he went above and beyond in so many ways. He provided me with the latest information and actually found ways to help me get a phone set up after I got it, and methods on how to make my phone run better
I never expected to be this incredibly satisfied with electronicsforce. The only reason this happened is because of the profoundly excellent service jack provided. He is truly the best customer service rep I have worked with! Bravo!

Called in and spoke with a rep by the name of adam Was incredibly helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with them and going ahead to purchase a new phone. I bought exactly what i was looking for as he had the patience & professional knowledge of the phone. Because im an old folk and its my first smartphone. I just found that its extremely simple to use those devices. It definitely is a great moment that i went ahead to upgrade my phone and myself to adapt into todays society.

Great store item arrive quickly and packed really well the phone was in new condition and it worked right out of the box i just placed my sim card inside and all my information was transferred over to the new phone. The only issue i had is with the service in my area metropcs are pretty slow internet. But not when i am connecting to wifi. Excellent store will buy again
