If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered a phone in January, and they messed up a simple order. They sent the wrong model, which was a huge inconvenience. I had to waste my time packaging it and shipping it back at my own expense. They claim they reimburse you, but – it's just a lie.
They initially charged me $50 for express delivery, but it came via regular mail when they finally got around to sending the correct one. This company is a joke. And when I tried to call them out on it, the so-called customer service rep got super defensive and hung up on me. When I called back, hoping to talk to a professional, that so-called grown-up who refused to acknowledge the issue put me on hold. The lack of respect and professionalism is staggering. They don't care about their customers or provide decent service. Avoid ElectronicsForce at all costs.
I would recommend them in a heartbeat! They have excellent customer service and their shipping is very efficient. The merchandise came as expected and they helped me save time and money
So greatful they exist and I would likely continue to make business with them. They have been extremely efficient for all my orders, as I have made orders for myself and my family when we all needed a new phone. Their representatives were nice and friendly whenever I had to call them for questions, and they have totally been spot on with the shipping.
Recently purchased my phone from them a LG V50 for my college and I was surprised they still had them new in stock compatible with Verizon service. They shipped my order quickly and were efficient to process it. I would be buying again.
On 10/14/24, I purchased a mobile hotspot router for $99.99. Unfortunately, my carrier didn't support the brand, so I contacted ElectronicsForce for a return. They accepted the return ok, but I had to pay the return shipping and then received a little more that 50% of what I purchased the device for. What a ripoff. I will never do business with them again. Stick to Amazon!
They have successfully made me a happy customer! And I will be buying from them again I am so glad they had a phone in stock which was hard to find because it is a few years older already not only they had it in a good price but it was still brand new they managed to also ship out my order the same day and it arrived about a week or so after I placed my order I Am so satisfied with their service and I will be looking forward again in the future to buy another phone from them.
I ordered a phone from them and my credit card was charged. I thought everything was going fine when I got a notification that the phone was being shipped the next day. However, when I checked the tracking information, the order had been cancelled with no notification or explanation. The only good thing is that they refunded my credit card right away.
They are good and reliable I have purchased from them a few times already in the past 2 years, every time I made an order they were extremely good with communication and customer service. And as such I'll continue to buy from them.

Purchasing a phone from them is as easier than ever! Especially thanks to their new website. I have placed an order with them in the past probably back in 2019, and by then for sure I needed an upgrade. I placed an order for a new galaxy phone with them and I am very happy with my phone and purchase now. They did a whole special about renovations on their website and it all looks extremely good and future proof making my order even easier. I will be buying again from them as they have never let me down with any of my orders

Ordered a new Samsung just before the holidays... Not only did I receive the incorrect model, this one was damaged, dirty, and packed with no charger nor instructions, in a dirty, generic Samsung-labeled box! Immediately called them, and the guy claimed a fast refund including my postage cost. Gave them a few days, but I called them for my refund... They only refunded the price, w/o the postage as promised; am ticked because I paid extra for insurance too. Writing this off as bad experience - never to order from these fraudulent sellers again - they have 2 sites selling cellphones. (PS: Am glad to find this site - another one I posted removed my complaint, and demanded a copy of my receipt, didn't even claim that they would re-post my comments... Even "comment" sites are corrupt!)
Ordered and paid for a phone worth around $250. They sent me a phone worth over $500. Unfortunately for me I brought this to their attention and tried to do the right thing. Still no new phone, weeks later. Shamefully poor customer service and quality control. They blatantly lie to your face about tracking numbers and arrival dates, wasting even more of your time. Far and away the single worst customer service experience in almost 20 years of buying stuff on line. My crime was doing the right thing, my reward has been weeks of run around. If I trusted them to give me the FULL refund including my shipping fees both ways I'd have already cancelled the order and gotten my money back. I am about to go give them an F- at BBB.
These guys have been all great overall and it would love to buy again from them! The only one star less is because of their shipping carriers that they used to ship my package with and it took some time. But non the less everything came as advertised.
Paid $260 for a phone plus an extra $18 for UPS ground shipping from Brooklyn to Boston. My credit card was charged immediately. Expected delivery within a couple of days. Three days later, I get a tracking number... for USPS, not UPS. Now it's 8 days later, I have received nothing, and the USPS tracking site for the number I was given hasn't been updated (still says "Package Accepted" with no estimated delivery date). "Steve" responds to my emails with 4- or 5-word responses, which arrive after 24-48 hours and are carefully engineered to offer just enough vague reassurance to keep me from assuming he's a fraud.
But he's a fraud. Do not give this person money. I'm out $280. Don't make the same mistake!
Update: After I posted this review, he contacted me and eventually refunded my money. So now I'm not out $280 any more, just 10 days and multiple frustrating emails and phone calls.
Buyer beware, this company advertises new products and delivers used ones, also operate the "cell2get.com" website. I called electronicsforce.com before ordering and they told me that the product that I was interested in was new. It was ordered on 27 September and shipped on 5 October. On 22 October a second item was shipped because the original never arrived (it is now 10 November and still is in transit according to USPS.com). The item that was delivered was used, there were scratch marks everywhere and was obviously repackaged. I called and they offered a refund or replacement; I did not feel that I could trust this company and requested a refund. They stated that they would pay for return shipping, this is also stated on their website. They did refund the purchase price but did not pay for return shipping as promised. I decided not to complain because I'd rather not deal with this dishonest company.
Answer: They open whenever they want. Pick up whenever they want. Ship items whenever want. Just call you might get a clown or Batman. Who knows.
