I bought flowers for the first time for my cousin after losing a family member. I paid for the biggest bunch! When she sent me the photo of them I have never felt so embarrassed in all my life. I could have picked better ones up from Asda! Looks like they've filled up my flowers with leaves from the garden! I've put up photos of what I ordered and what I got! Don't look appealing at all! I would not recommend this company. The 2 stars was for fast delivery.
Very disappointed with the quality and size of bouquet. For the money paid I would expect this to be larger. Also free box of chocolates worth £9.99 is a box of four chocolates. Over all very disappointed.

Unfortunately my Mum didn't get her same day birthday flowers which was disappointing, however I received an email to tell me this fairly promptly and an alternative was offered. Probably wouldn't use the site again as I tend to be quite a last minute shopper!

Contacted eflorist for a full refund after 4 days of waiting and they told me they won't refund or resend as I'm not entitled as per the terms and conditions. Opened up a PayPal dispute as this is just not acceptable. Will not be ordering from them again and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Yes the flowers were lovely but they were just left in the front porch of the block of apartments to be found... The delivery driver didn't 3ven ring the intercom buzzer to say that there had been a delivery.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
