I was so disappointed that my mum received something so bad. The contact by chat or message wouldn't work so I searched online to find an email address which has turned out to be useless as I've had no response. We were kept informed by Yodel, the delivery company although they did not post a picture to verify safe delivery but our friends showed us via Zoom. Ordering was simple and convenient. Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
