I have ordered the waltz flowers for my mums birthday, lovely flowers and arrived on the day requested

Ordered the flowers with great ease on the website and at a great price. Plus the free chocolates was an added bonus. My fiancé will definitely be pleased

After receiving a bouquet myself I was so impressed with it, it was beautifully wrapped and lasted a 1.5 weeks. So I decided to order some for my mum for her Birthday so was over the moon to say the least, I will definitely be ordering again A* florist.

Ordered Thursday for Friday delivery and won't be receiving until Monday. Complete liars that provide a shocking service. Thanks very much. Won't ever be using again.

I ordered the medium sized Rose Medley for my mother-in-law's birthday. It is her first birthday since losing my Father-in-law back in March. We wanted to make the day extra special for her. The flowers arrived, as promised, the very next day and are absolutely beautiful! They look even nicer in reality than how they looked online. We are so incredibly pleased with them. I would not even give 1 star! This company is very rude and just wants to take the clients money. 1 hour after i ordered flowers i found out that my beloved person wont be in the house so i wanted to reschedule the date but they denied and give me some usless explanation. Instead of just chNging the order they were very rude and said they cannot do nothing! I contacted them 1 hour after the order amd they said no! Very bad customer service and rude! Since they wont help i will never order herr again! They are just after the money!
