I think the flowers should be more different if design as well. Can put more different kinds of small flowers in the middle or ribbons.

This is the first time I'd ordered flowers online and the last.We're for a distant friends 60th birthday and I was embarrassed when she showed me a picture of them. Absolutely nothing like advertised picture even when the roses come out. Only positive they arrived on time
On Saturday I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for my daughter with the prosecco and vase to be delivered yesterday, 4th October. They didn't arrive yesterday and have not arrived so far today. The next two days she wont be home to receive them, (hence selecting a day I knew she would be home).
I have e-mailed twice, auto response. Tried the 'live chat' but this only takes you back to the email, so no 'live chat'. I not even able to track them delivery like it says you can?
They will probably have surpassed their best and I'd like a refund... probably wont' get that either! Hopefully eFlorist will read this and be able to respond so that this can be resolved?
I live in Australia and was very happy with the flowers and free chocolates that where delivered on date i chose would definitely use them again.
Very easy to order and lovely flowers, the only problem with the order my daughter didn't know she was getting them so had no idea who they were from even though i done a message card.

I'll be honest ordering a bunch of 50 red roses I did expect it to be slightly different to the photo advertised but they we're completely different than what I was expecting. Yes the delivery is good alongside the website and collection of flowers but for the price you'd expect to receive flowers that match your expectations of how they're advertised so I'm quite disappointed with the quality.

My friend received the flowers on her birthday. The flowers arrived with no water/ water soaked tissue or equivalent around its stems. Therefore the flowers were limp and sad looking when she received them. The flowers were supposed to be a mixture of yellow roses and white flowers. However there were only a couple of white flowers. So the arrangement did not look attractive, nothing like as advertised on the website
