Bought these for my neighbour as a Christmas friendship gift and the delivered product was pitiful. For the amount that was paid, I was incredibly disheartened. My neighbour has been through a lot recently and I wanted to give her a gift that l would cheer her up. She loves flowers... so I decided on the winter white lilies. When they arrived it looked like we had been living in a year long drought. When i eventually saw the flowers some had buddied others where dying but the lasting image I had was of a bare tree during winter.
It was an experience I do not intend to repeat. I will hand deliver in future using a local supermarket.
As per several other reviews, which I ve only seen after the event. Ordered a large bouquet, approx a dozen roses and 20 lilys, and actually received 5 of each. Price should have been £59.99, discounted to £29.99. Not what I ordered! Will not use again.
Flowers arrived dead, tried phoning to complain but no answer, so after Christmas emailed and they said I was out of the time frame for complaining, absolute joke, poor customer service. Don't not buy from this company very poor service and dreadful flowers they should be ashamed

There is no way of contacting even after raising a ticket. They have no customer service number that actually works.
The company experience extremely unprofessional and very disappointing after nearly spending £50 on flowers that were not delivered.
They have stolen my money from me and have fallen short of the 'guarantee delivery' which was paid for extra for a special day for Mother's Day! They do not contact or send any update email correspondence or tracking. Avoid avoid!
I was so disappointed with the flowers you delivered to my daughter for her birthday after 3 years of not speaking with her I thought I'd reach out to her and have her hand delivered some beautiful flowers but that is not what I got. Your flowers looked nothing like in the picture that I picked out for the flower arrangement. It looked like there was a lot of flowers and decoration missing from the picture I picked on display this has broke my heart. I walked in asda today only to see much better shelf flowers for 10 pound instead I payed you just shy of 35 pound with delivery for these poxy flowers you sent
It's easier to send you to Trustpilot to read my (Mark) review on there. Top & bottom of it, they take your money, lie about delivery address then don't deliver, oh yeah, and they blame you for their incompetence.
I order yesterday for my partners birthday to be delivered today. It was delivered at a reasonable time and the box was ok. But when my partner opened the box to say what was received was nothing short of disgraceful from the picture you order from to what you receive is night and day, with also no card attached which was in the order and after voicing my dissatisfaction to the customer support team they answered with a basic they look fine.
Never ordering from here I would be better going to a garage be cheaper as well.
Despite paying the extra delivery charge just to make sure the flowers will get there in time my order was not delivered. I've been trying for 2 days to get in touch with them but this proved to be an impossible task

My Mother's Day flowers were a disaster. My mum was embarrassed to tell me that they arrived on wrong day. They were inferior flowers that only lasted a few days. She said they werike a £5 bunch from garage rather than the bouquet I ordered.
I complained when I found out a week later after returning from holiday and was told it was too late. Replied to them and never heard from them again. They sent a review request and then cancelled it when they realised that it would not be good
Ordered sympathy flowers for a bereavment,delivered to wrong address,eventually got delivered by a builder 3 days later,because being left outside, when they were opened,they were full of slugs.we tried ringing several times no answer, line busy,and the flowers were nothing like the picture.do not waste your money at this florist
It's absolutely shameful. I ordered a bouquet well in advance for a birthday. The bouquet was not delivered on the requested date and I have not received any concrete assistance either. The funny thing i they boast the motto "delivery next date". Shame on you! To be avoided like the plague.
Absolutely SCAM! Ordered 70£ of flowers not even a penny of petals been delivered. Not customer service not number to call, live chat useless.

My mistake not to have read reviews really as disappointed with it too.
I ordered (as per there pictures) a nice and flamboyante bouquet called Sunshine and instead of this the person received half of the flowers and more greenery then actual flowers. Pictures will speak for themself. Emailed them and all I was told is "as per our policy"! We want to make sure your flowers are delivered in time so we allow florist to put what they have at the time!

They refused a refund or cancellation of service 3mins after making the order, I'm sure this I'd illegal but they have small print to get them around this, careful they like to take your money and have very bad customer service!
Awful company to deal with. The flowers delivered and are no better than a £10 bunch from a supermarket. Failed to deliver the chocolates on the order. Customer service offered a patronising £2 refund for the inconvenience caused. No acknowledgement of the extra costs to replace the box of chocolates. Chose not to accept the £2 due to the offence caused.
Poor customer service, poor quality and expensive flowers and failed to deliver all of the order. Please avoid this business and go to your local florist instead.
I ordered some flowers last weekend. Luckily, they were not for a birthday. I requested a Saturday and understood that this could not be guaranteed. They never arrived and they still didn't arrive the following day.
It got to Tuesday and no sign of the flowers.
I contacted eflorist help desk to ask where they were and they apologised and said they could send them out again. I requested this Saturday morning. They replied to say that they couldn't guarantee a day or time.
I would have thought that as a gesture of goodwill they would have been able to send my now week overdue flowers out for a specified time. But no, I just received a sorry they couldn't do that.
As I said, I am glad that they weren't for a birthday or special occasion as it would have been embarrassing for them to have not turned up.
Shoddy, impersonal service will not be using again (it was my first experience) and absolutely would not recommend. Back to Bloom and Wild for me!
Ok so I have ordered twice from these the first time was on purpose the second time was by accident a tired morning after a night of no sleep…… both times the flowers have turned up delivered by DPD in a squashed box with no water the quality of the flowers were awful…. I highly recommend you do not order from them EVER! I have now saved interflora on my home page so I NEVER make the mistake of ordering from e-florist ever again! If I could have given 0 stars it would've still been to many.
My wife's birthday flowers arrived Monday afternoon, and appeared to be wilting when I took them out of the box. I made sure they were well watered, but even after one day they were dying. Today just 3 days later they a disgrace. Will never use eFlorist again.
Flowers dumped at front gate (not left safely in front porch as stated by Yodel), box and most feeble looking bunch of flowers (not like the photos on their website) crushed inside.
No receipt or product reference provided when order placed, so no way of checking whether I've been sent the right thing.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
