Disappointing

Followers arrived late the next day so I can't complain at that.

However the size of the bouquet was very disappointing.

I paid for a large but looked small or average sized at best to me and my wide agreed.

Was good value for money for flowers to be delivered next day when ordering the evening before. Got some chocolates as an additional free of charge extra. Was kept up to date with the progress and successful delivery confirmation, however the recipient didn't receive the card I completed as part of the order and therefore they had to contact eFlorist to find out who sent them, a real shame as everything else was excellent.

Always reliable

Have used eflorist a few times now and what I like is that what ever I order, when delivered (next day always), the flowers look exactly as in the picture on the website.
They seem to last for a good time also. Not often I write reviews but am very happy with the service eflorist provides.

Honestly I am humiliated to have even had these flowers sent to my best friend who had just had a baby, they looked like they came from the bargain bin at the nearest garage, all together I can count about 5 roses in there and for £33 you'd expect a lot more flowers and a lot bigger bouquet! I used the online chat and very politely asked for a refund and thankfully got one but I won't be using this company again. The 2 stars is only for the customer service

Didnt last

Bought a large bouquet for the Mrs, it arrived and they looked a little sorry, and smaller than expected for a large bouquet. Thought water would pep them up. No plant food supplied. First flowers wilting on day 2 and the rest were pretty much saying goodnight on day 4.
I have used the site before and previous recipients showed photos of flowers lasting a lot longer, so maybe local supplier issue (South Manchester)

3 year's later!

I have been living away from home for the past 3 year's and Eflorist have enabled me keep close to family! Every birthday, anniversary, Christmas; their deliveries are always on time. In an event where my flowers were placed at the wrong locating due to my own error on a post code, they sent me a discount code for my next delivery.

Thanks again! Your flowers always bring my family and friends so much joy! My fav is Marmalade!

Unhappy customer

I ordered an arrangement of Wow flowers for my friend and upgraded to the £44.99 I was very disappointed hardly any colours of the flowers and mostly little green flowers filling it up. I have put the 2 photos of the difference in to show. I contacted customer service but was told these flowers sent are fine. I don't agree and won't be using eflorist again as I really think there's too much of a difference from the photo they're showing and I know photos are for illustration purposes but on this occasion it's just not worth what I payed. I use a lot of online flower companies as I've family all over the world and never been this disappointed.

EFlorist is a great find

Only recently discovered this site so have only used it twice. Very happy with the selection of bouquets available and the different sizes to choose from. Delivery is so speedy too. Would love a greater selection of add on gifts. Good offers on seasonal flowers and free chocolates etc. Great value for money. Keep up the good work.

Wonderful Service & Stunningly Beautiful Bouquet

I ordered the medium sized Rose Medley for my mother-in-law's birthday. It is her first birthday since losing my Father-in-law back in March. We wanted to make the day extra special for her. The flowers arrived, as promised, the very next day and are absolutely beautiful! They look even nicer in reality than how they looked online. We are so incredibly pleased with them. I ordered my flowers on the day I required (to ensure freshness) they arrived within 2 hours, presentation was immaculate and card was hand written for personal touch. Flowers themselves are stunning and none were broken, all fresh/healthy

Flowers not delivered

Specifically ordered because next day delivery was guaranteed. Today is our anniversary and the flowers show no sign of even being out for delivery from yodel, my partner is over the moon by the fact her anniversary flowers haven't arrived. Will NOT be using you again!

Terrible customer service
December 8, 2021

I got a notice at 10.00 P.M. saying my flowers were at the delivery depot, but they needed more information about the address, an address l actually used from the list on the website. I tried to contact the delivery server right away, and the service said the operators are busy try again in a few minutes. I've been trying for TEN HOURS now, and it's still the same result. Operators are busy, try again in a few minutes.
Use another florist, don't waste your time and money with these.

Not what I thought.

I bought flowers for the first time for my cousin after losing a family member. I paid for the biggest bunch! When she sent me the photo of them I have never felt so embarrassed in all my life. I could have picked better ones up from Asda! Looks like they've filled up my flowers with leaves from the garden! I've put up photos of what I ordered and what I got! Don't look appealing at all! I would not recommend this company. The 2 stars was for fast delivery.

Floral tastic

Never received flowers ourselves (as we live in Spain), but everybody that's received them from us have said they were amazing, stay fresh for such a long time too, so enjoyed for longer. Superb, first rate! Always delivered on time too. Such easy ordering too.
Chocolates are a little extra bonus, win win!

Terrible value

Terrible quality, bought a bouquet for £45 for my wedding anniversary. Would've got the same flowers for £10-15 at asda. Picture they showed was twice the size of what I received bouquet shown included 5 roses, my wife got 1. She got 3 thistles instead of 6. Similar for the other stems in the bouquet. Complained but got told it was absolutely fine and to standard. Will never use again.

Disappointing Quality
November 8, 2021

I've used eFlorist before and the quality has been just acceptable. Believing this to be the exception rather than the norm I placed another order and hoped for an improvement. However, I was disappointed again when I heard from the recipient that the flowers had arrived in a "very poor state". I will certainly think twice before using eFlorist again! Not happy!

Dying flowers

I've used eFlorist many times before and it's been great however, I will not be using it again after this experience!

When the recipient received her flowers yesterday, she noticed that the flowers were dying. I felt so embarrassed and had to apologise as it was a birthday gift.

Don't think I will use eFlorist again.

Shocking- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I would strongly recommend not buying flowers from here. Really disappointed with the pure quality and lack of flowers for £30. You can easily purchase flowers for a faction of the cost in a local supermarket for what they send to you. Save yourself the disappointment. Customer service shocking also" you have to wait until they bloom" ignoring the fact that there are hardly any flowers at all. Extremely poor all round.

Not impressed

Got an email the day before flowers were due to be delivered for my daughter's birthday to say that they could not fulfil my order. The email gave me 3 hours to reply to them so that they could send a different bunch of flowers (that were nothing like the ones I chose originally) and that would arrive 2 days after my daughter's birthday. Definitely won't be using this company again. I've never had this issue with any other florist before. A real let down.
