Absolutely fuming. Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday, not only did they arrive a day early, but they also got my wife's age wrong! When I got in contact I received an email sorry for any inconvenience but our florist was contacted to deliver them the day before! Absolute rubbish. Oh and to top it off the flowers were nothing fancier than a £10 bunch from tesco. Thank you for spoiling the surprise I had in store for my wife!

Bought flowers and chocolates and the chocolates were never deliverd nor did eflorist ever reply anything about the missing chocolates. Total rip-off, local flower shop will be better

Bought these as a thinking of you gift. The website was very easy to use, loved the extras. Its always a little unpredictable using a flower company for the first time, but as the photograph shows they were like the photographs on the site. The Bombay gin was a nice touch and reasonably priced. I would definitely use this company again, it was a smooth transaction from beginning to end, no hassle.

Disappointed to say the least! I ordered English Hedgerow bouquet for a reason. The bouquet received did not have the same flowers as shown on the website, nor have the purple theme colour as shown! The recipient received yellow white and blue flowers. The only correct flower received was the thistle. Oh, and a PURPLE envelope, if that counts! Also, I received an email to ask for an updated phone number to call and check with the recipient the correct date for delivery! Seriously, are you going to call the recipient and spoil the surprise. My order tells you exactly the date to deliver!
I was pleased that you were able to offer a replacement bouquet as the one I ordered was not available and I appreciated the communication from you regarding the delay. I was disappointed that the flowers did not arrive on the day my sister came out of hospital after a serious operation. The impact was lost two days later. And there were no chocolates. I must admit that I didn't request those with the original order.

Ordered for a specific day 1 week beforehand, the didn't arrive until 1845 on the day and looked like they had been used to hit someone with, very, very disappointing, will not be using this service again.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
