Well I live 330 miles away from my 86 years old mum and I thought I'd send here the Taunton bouquet on her birthday, what I ordered was a lovely colourful bouquet of different flowers and what turned up was just a few roses and greenery. See pics of the order and what turned up, this shouldn't be allowed to happen and it's robbery as far as I'm concerned and I want some money back and I will be calling tomorrow
Just received my flower order WA******* and was appalled at how damaged the box containing flowers, chocolates and Gin was, my delivery was 95 and I think every other box must have been on top of mine, the flowers were beautiful but some of the leaves were damaged, I suggest you get a better delivery company who will look after a delicate cargo in future.

Ordered for my mum as a thank you for looking after me with a broken leg the ones I ordered said you would get a thank you card and free chocolates they've just came the bouquet is tiny and there is no chocolates or thank you card as stated online.

Lovely flowers delivered on time. I ordered some for my daughter to be delivered the next day. I ordered the pink lady bouquet with the free chocolates (although the box of chocolates is very small)
I have used eFlorist on four occasions this year and every time they are delivered when they say they will be, the flowers are beautiful, they last for two weeks and the card and chocolates are an absolute treat. The fact that deliveries are made on a Sunday is also wonderful... there is nothing better than getting flowers on your special day.

This was the first time I used this service. The online form to complete was a little confusing, the delivery address section was too near the credit card section resulting in my computer inserting my address in the wrong field. Having completed the form and realising the error, it was impossible to speak to the customer service urgently. There was no option quoting a phone number which I eventually found from directory enquiries, There was no answer to this, it just kept on ringing. I completed an online contact message but was warned it may take 48 hours to process despite the flowers being due to be delivered the same day. Fortunately, the customer service dept. e-mailed me the same day and the error corrected. The delivery was made the following day and I was satisfied with the outcome. Therefore I suggest a more appropriate method of urgently contacting the Customer Service department should be introduced without delay.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
