Ordered some flowers for my great grandmother's 93rd birthday but they didn't arrive on the day promised... no email or contact from the clowns either. Wanted to contact eFlorist but no customer care contact number and there is supposed to be an email for them but I can't find it... please avoid this company
Use eflorist all the time excellent service every time used and beautiful flowers every time. Would recommend to friends and family for excellent service every time.
I used to order the flowers from Eflorist before for mum and she loved it. Then I decided to order the flowers again here for my boyfriend's birthday. Everything looked good until we found out that the delivery man delivered the parcel to the wrong house! I saw the picture of the front porch with the parcel he took and I knew exactly it was not our house. It was Sunday and there was no way to contact either Eflorist staff nor DPD staff. It was very frustrating and I would never order anything from Eflorist again if they do not change the delivery company. Their delivery policy is not good. They do not call before delivery. They do not ask to sign. They just leave your stuff at front porch. That's it. No responsibility at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered, the most cutest flowers (white and purple) for my friends graduation in specifically a LARGE size, so that they are full and beautiful. God, I was shocked when my friend sent me the video of the flowers! IT WAS NOTHING like what I had ordered. I completely understand that the flowers will never look like a professional picture online. BUT these flowers were not even close to looking like their picture! I could have easily gone to Tesco/Asda and bought a much much much bigger & better bouquet of flowers if I had known that these flowers would look like this! I honestly do not understand how on earth they thought that what they are showing online is even clsoer to what they are sending? PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL BE DO DISAPPOINTED & EMBARASSED! I wish I had gone with my usual flower delivery service then Eflorist. Actually so embarrassing, completely took the mick! When I had shown my friend what I ACTUALLY ORDERED even she was laughing hysterically! Absolute joke!
NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT THEY **BLOCKED** ME ON INSTAGRAM WHEN I HAD SENT THEM A DM & COMMENTED ON THEIR PICTURE TO SAY NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM!
The flowers were ordered and delivered within 24 hours, the recipient was absolutely over the moon with them and with the chocolates, thank you so much.

This is my 6th Buy with Eflorist over a 2 year period, Delivery is always on time and the flowers are exeptionaly fresh, in bud and on 2 seperate occassions the flowers have lasted well over 2 weeks. As an ex florist mostly all of my life, when I send gifts of flowers I expect the quality to match the photo that I originally chose them from, If I could give you 6 stars I would, order with peace of mind, you will not be disappointed, my best wishes from Richx

We suddently realised, yesterday morning, that we needed to send flowers to someone who would be hosting us for lunch today - so we went online to look for "sameday delivery".
The eFlorist site came up and gave a positive and reliable impression.
We went into the site and it was unbeleivably easy to set up our order and to pay for it (using PalPal, an option I like). Our online order was followed up by a series of emails and then, very comfortingly, an sms message confirming the delivery was underway and, subsequently, that delivery had taken place.
Shortly thereafter we received a phone call confirming that our hostess-to-be was delighted to receive the (admittedly quite modest) bouquet - and we saw the flowers prominently displayed when we visited earlier today.
All in all a very satisfactory experience and we will certainly be using eFlorist again (as necessary) and recommending the company to any friends who need a similar service!

Was upset with ack to care for customers - Somehow incorrect date appeared on my order as this saturday - I was sure Id stated Monday 18th. Immediately seeing error I emailed straight away - and emailed 3 times next day -to be told they didnt get my message and flowers were already made up and would be delivered Saturday. No one was going to be there, Id been clear on that - there was not an ounce of consideration by this lot. Wont use again. At time of writing - no idea where flowers even are
The service was amazing. You can order from anywhere in world. I ordered and the flowers and chocolate were delivered the next day.
Loved the value for money, loved the free chocolates, loved I could add the gin & retrosweets but just don't look quite look the sales photo especially when I paid for a large bouquet… maybe me & the recipient loved it all but just a little disappointed… would use again though I think but with different flowers xx

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
