I ordered flowers for same day delivery, not only were the beautiful, but they arrive on perfect time.
I ordered what looked like a lovely bouquet for my mum, to thank her for helping me out. Yodel said they had delivered at 12.12pm but mum didn't receive the flowers until 4.00pm. The box had been opened and looked like it had been sat on. Obviously delivered to wrong address. Flowers were wilting and few of them. Most disappointing as she is an elderly lady. Just wanted to make her smile. They didn't. I would like a full refund and an explanation of where they went to?

The flowers were left without a card rather disappointing. It was after calling recipient that the recipient realised who the sender was. I do not know where the fault line was- the Florist or Yodel?

Beautiful flowers and quick delivery, however this good was outweighed by the bad- the flowers were delivered without a note. Therefore, caused some hassle as the person to whom the flowers were sent didn't know from where they came from. It was intended as a birthday present and so it was quite anti-climatic, the reason why I had to take off two stars.
Free chocolate in description but never got any also not a lot of flowers for the money I paid will not bother using again

How can you advertise something that you can't deliver then offers substitute nothing like what was ordered that you could deliver 2 days later l don't think so won't be ordering anything off you again regard mick

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
