I received an e-mail to say that the flowers which I had ordered had been delivered and had been left in a safe place with a notification card put through the letterbox. I thought this was odd, as the recipient was definitely going to be in all day. I rang the recipient and she said that nobody had rung the doorbell and the delivery notification card was blank. The flowers had been left outside the front door where they could easily have been stolen or damaged. Not impressed at all. On the plus side, the flowers were beautiful.
I recently bought flowers for my sister's 60th birthday.
She was over the moon with them. The chocolates were an added bonus.

The flowers arrived today with my friend who was celebrating her 50th birthday, she sent me pics, they looked just like they did on the website and tremendous value for money, I only ordered them late on 27th October and they were delivered by lunchtime on 28th and my friend lives in the middle of nowhere!
Ordered flowers for same day delivery, really good choice of flowers and great quality. My girlfriend absolutely loves them and they were delivered very quickly. If you want good quality flowers and quick delivery then I would definitely recommend.
I ordered a gorgeous bouquet of flowers but when they arrived they was still in bud and delivered in a box! Not hand delivered as I had thought and looked nothing like the picture on the website. Apparently they take 2-3 days to fully open before they look that nice, I just didn't know before I ordered they would be in a box, it takes away the happiness when you see what is actually sent instead. Good job I ordered gin and chocolates with it as they was well needed!
I have used e florist a few times now. The ordering process is straightforward, easy to follow and transparent. Previous orders have resulted in on time deliveries with good quality flowers and the recipients have commented that they have lasted several weeks. Up to now I am entirely satisfied with the service received.
At 9pm I made an order, at 7am I realised I put the wrong street name in, it stated I had 24 hours after order to amend my order. So I emailed them. My delivery wasn't due to arrive till 2 days later. So I emailed them for them to reply it had been dispatched and they can't help me. Not only are there terma and conditions wrong they were very rude and did not want to help me at all. I've just wasted money on this company!

Third time I have used eflorist to deliver hamper of wine but this time they were a day late for a 65th birthday. Major disappointment all round unfortunately. Gift well received otherwise.

I ordered the flowers at 11 am and by 3pm they had been delivered. The flowers were beautiful and I was kept up to date via text about the delivery status, I would definitely use again.
I had a large bouquet delivered for my wife for our anniversary. They arrived promptly on the day arranged but unfortunately a couple of stems had broken in transit and the bouquet was smaller than expected. I emailed to express concern and received a response back within an hour on a Saturday apologising and arranging to send another bunch with an apology card the following day, on a Sunday. Very good customer service, would use again.

I've ordered before and been very happy with my experience but the flowers I ordered for delivery today were not delivered.
I haven't heard from Yodal about my delivery... they are not the best delivery company in my experience.

It's easy to do a good job when nothing goes wrong but the true test of customer service is when you need help... in my case that was completely missing..
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
