I used eFlorest after being sent some flowers for my birthday, and made a note of the company. They were genuinely the nicest flowers I have been sent ( really fresh) so I have sent them to my friend. Lots to choose from, and I choose roses and lilies, of which she was pleased! Also I noticed I had emails to tell me when they were being delivered etc, which was helpful!
Have used e florist a few times always get good feedback from those who have received the flowers and chocolates and photos to show me lovely fresh flowers easy to order will continue to use them
I have no idea how you can justify the flowers you show on your website equivalent to what gets delivered. I understand pictures get enhanced. But this got to be some sort of false advertisement.

I have paid £25.99 including delivery of £5.33 to receive this? I embarrassed to take them for someone's engagement tomorrow. That's not even a bouquet the flowers are nothing in comparison to what is shown. I will be taking this further
I am confused if I clicked "Small" how small would it been, one rose? This was "LARGE" Surely you can understand my frustration and why I think this is false advertisement.

Nothing like the pictures! Yes they will bloom but flowers should some come bloomed and some come half bloomed.

Lovely varety of flowers for all occasions. First class service. Flowers always arrive in superb condition and always appreciated by recipient.
Only recently discovered this site so have only used it twice. Very happy with the selection of bouquets available and the different sizes to choose from. Delivery is so speedy too. Would love a greater selection of add on gifts. Good offers on seasonal flowers and free chocolates etc. Great value for money. Keep up the good work.
Very disappointed! I paid £54.99 for the 12 pink roses and they look cheap and noooooooooothing like the picture... I would never ever ever use this company ever again
EFlorist have done it again! Ordered some flowers for my brother and sister-in-law for their anniversary. They arrived on the day I had asked and they were beautiful. So easy to choose and easy when you cannot visit to give the gift in person.
Very easy to use website to choose flower which i wanted. Easy to select and process to payment. Sent flowers to my nan and she received them the next day mid morning. Very fast delivery and bright beautiful smelling flowers. Also a free box of chocs which was very appreciated. Will defo use again in the future.
My order was stated as delivered but my partner never received them, I have emailed for a refund or resolution!

I could have got a better set of flowers from the co op won't be going here again not worth the money at all not in water and such small amount of flowers doesn't even fit in pot it came with
I was really disappointed with the quality of the flowers I ordered. They were really droopy and some even looked dead. Considering I paid extra for a large bunch I would have assumed they would be in better condition (see photo)
