We found the site while we were browsing the internet at work looking for flowers to be delivered for a friend who's ill. We found it easy to order the flowers. The flowers were excellent and a great price. Totally satisfied will use them again. Excellent service
Reading some of the nonsense reviews on here makes me laugh as they are clearly not from anyone who has purchased flowers from eflorist and are just spoiler reviews from sad people. I order on a regular basis from eflorist and from day one all the bouquets that I have received have been in perfect condition and delivered on time. I have tried various bouquets and all have lasted for a couple of weeks at least, the sun flowers even longer. I have just received the Roses and Lily bouquet and they are flowering beautifully. The free chocolates have always been received.

Offered same day, then said they couldn't do it and offered me next day as long as I responded by 4pm. I replied at 10.28am (quite a bit before 4pm) and then email this morning say I didn't reply in time and now it has to be the next day again.

I ordered flowers and chocolate give set today, went for larger size as wanted a big enough bunch to look nice.
What arrived was basically 5 flowers and a small selection of leaves, the box of chocolates is also smaller than the ones you expect to pick up in the supermarket.
I won't be using eflorist again.
I would advise you not to use Yodel any more, your beautiful flowers were left no where near address.
The flowers that was delivered were withered, it's says flowers would be in bud they were not and I was upset and very disappointed when the photo of them was sent to me more leaves than flowers
They were for my daughter in law to cheer her up I was absolutely dissatisfied with them.
I would not recommend eflorist uk, for the money I paid was disgraceful, I might as well paid half and got a lot better from a supermarket.

So pleased with the beautiful flowers, free chocs and miniature gin which were delivered to my amazing niece who has had an aweful time this last month, sent to cheer her up and they certainly did.

I made an order for same delivery, but later that night I received an email saying " sorry we could not full fill your order". I could up grade the flower, for delivery 3 days late, or get a refund.The point of same day delivery is usually because of great news, or my case, bad news. Therefore I would not recommend eflorist. Only gave them 1 star as had to give a star rating, otherwise it would have been none.
I was really happy with the flowers I ordered for my daughters birthday, they looked beautiful and fresh. They arrived with a lovely birthday card and ribbon, and my daughter loved them.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
