We did not tell our niece in advance so that it was a surprise for her, but we soon had a text with a picture of the flowers and her thanks. We have used this company before and the service has always been excellent.

Absolutely disgusted, I ordered a bouquet for a funeral, at 09:06 I got an email from Yodel stating the bouquet had been loaded in the van, I kept tracking the order and it was with the delivery driver, at 18:27 I got a text to say the bouquet would be delivered between 17:15 and 19:15, bearing in mind these were going to a funeral directors, I checked my emails to track the flowers only to discover the delivery had been declined due to damage at 17:40, no phone call or follow-up text.
Those flowers were in the van for 8 and a half hours, the card had RIP and sleep tight with the angels and they were being delivered to a Funeral Directors, I have ordered from Eflorist for a funeral before with no problems but will never order from you again, I would have given zero stars but there is no option.
The flowers I ordered were not delivered on the date I requested, despite the tracker showing a window from 18.00-20.30.
Staff were unhelpful I will not be using eflorist again.

I had used previous companies and they were always a bit naf. I saw a promotion and got roses and chocolate, next day delivery £23 and they have been by far the best quality I have ordered.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
