Order was placed on 2nd November 2021 for delivery on 8th November 2021.
Delivery address is a school. Like the vast majority of schools, it closes at 3pm.
Having ordered well in advance, I was expecting the items to be delivered prior to 3pm.
They were delivered by Yodel at 4:59pm.
It was my wife's Birthday on 8th November 2021 and she works at the school.
I drove to the school as soon as I received delivery confirmation. Not surprisingly, the main reception was closed. I asked staff at another building reception but they had no knowledge.
I returned home. I couldn't contact eflorist due to lack of contact information.
I attempted to contact Yodel but an automated response provided no further information and their web chat was not working.
Therefore, I couldn't establish who or exactly where they were delivered to.
As a result, my wife was handed the items at the school today the day after her Birthday. This order was placed on behalf of our eldest son who works abroad and hasn't returned home for nearly a year so it was important that my wife received these items on her actual Birthday.
The order was placed six days prior to delivery and the delivery address was a school. Very disappointed that the delivery could not have been arranged prior to 3pm.
No reply from email sent to eflorist three days ago.
No customer service whatsoever.

Read the info, placed the order, next day delivery, saw the note about 1-2 days and thought uhoh. Order went through, I had email and text, and could track the order. Delivery time was given, and adhered to. The recipient was over the moon!

The flowers arrived on the specified day, but, didn't look like the on line picture.
The picture gave the impression they would be in a vase. They were just tied with paper around them.
IF A VASE IS NOT INCLUDED, THEN THERE SHOULD BE A PICTURE OF THEM WITHOUT A VASE.
I wanted them in a vase so that the recipients - going through a VERY SAD AND STRESSFUL TIME, didn't need to do anything with them, other than admire them.
This was not the case, consequently they were just 'plonked' in an unsuitable vase.

Terrible flowers, delivered in a bent up screwed up cardboard box. Half the flowers were dead on arrival, the other half didn't last much longer. Terrible selection. Overpriced. Will never use again

I ordered flowers for my aunt via the service. I got the impression that they were delivered by local florists like interflora which is what I wanted. The pictures on screen showed them nicely arranged in a vase. It was only after I placed the order and paid that I found that they were to be delivered flat packed in a box by a courier. Very disappointing and feel let down. Will revert to Interflora next time

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
