Number of flowers received were not as portrayed in the picture. Sent an email straight away to query this & received an automatic reply to say they would answer my query within 48 hours. That was a month ago & I've still heard nothing. Customer service is key. Won't be using this company again.

The package was a bit weary, the vase was plastic (I did not look, just added it up assuming that it was glass) and cracked.
The roses are ok but not like they look on the picture. Next time I'd rather by in Sainsbury's- same amount, even better look and twice cheeper. I do not want to upset anyone and I am grateful for what I have got. However this is my genuine thoughts about this purchase.
The only advantage here is that I am not guaranteed that Sainsbury's will have same ones when I need them unless I order them. These roses were delivered to my door which is also convenient.

Ordered flowers for delivery today. Nothing has arrived, so unfortunately, I'm not happy with this service. If you have a facility to select the delivery date, this should be achievable. It wasn't in this case, and now a gift has not been delivered when it should have been.

Ordered for my mums birthday, couldn't visit due to isolation & i had to track the delivery as it was after 5pm & she still hadn't received my gift, felt mortified. I then said it says its delivered, she opened her door & everything was left soaking in the rain. No chap, no ring on the bell and i didn't ask for it to be left in a safe place, so why were they just left there.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
