I love using florist for my family and friends in the UK. Living in Western Australia, I can happily, quickly order, knowing confidently that the delivery will be made on the date I request. The feedback from my family is very reassuring even without seeing the bouquets myself.

The only down side is delivery flowers were delivered at 10.40 at night 5 hours outside the latest time slot and not appropriate

Sent a thank you with flowers to friend they where left in her porch to wilt as friend not in I am disappointed

Have ordered flowers for my partners birthday would have thought they would have been delivered by now, they have not even left the depot of couriers, would imagine will maybe get them at some point tonight, when her birthday will be just about over, not good whatsoever, unhappy customer

I've used eFlorist several times and am never disappointed. The choice of bouquets are very varied and there's always at least one to suit. The prices are generous and with the chocolates for free, what's not to love (everyone loves a Guyllian surely). If ever needing to make a gesture, to show your love and lift the spirit, then eFlorist is the answer - they are reliable, swift and generous.

Unable to process my order due to "not having the exact stock" I believe they tried to phone me but never left a message. After advising by e-Mail that alternative flowers were fine I received another message to say the delivery could not be made on the day. Again I said this was fine but thought I may be entitled to a discount. This was acknowledged at the time but I've heard nothing since. This was an order of over £60. I'm disappointed & won't use again.

First time using efforts, but experience positive. Flowers arrived at stated time, friend took a photo and sent to me to show me how beautiful they are. Will definitely use again.

Being away from my family is hard especially when it's birthdays, e florist made it feel like I was there and I can't thank them enough for there service

EFlorist UK is my go-to place for ordering flowers, every time I've ordered the service they provide has been brilliant from the point of ordering to delivery. The flowers look amazing and their customer service are both super quick to reply and very helpful. Cannot recommend enough!
