Living in France, I have always used this company when I need to send flowers to relatives in the U. K. Obviously I never get to see the flowers but my recipients have always given me positive comments about the service i. E. Always good quality and on time, so I can't ask for better than that.

I ordered a bouquet for my mum for same day delivery, after passing the order I received a call to apologise there were no drivers in the area that day but they would deliver thee following. Very apologetic and beautiful bouquet received the following day. Excellent service

Poor Service

I order flowers yesterday morning for a same day delivery. Flowers were ordered before 09.00am to go to my partners work for our anniversary. They turned up at 18.45 when they were closed. Not a great delivery service you pay for.

Flowers were delivered less than 24 hours after ordering. Although they were a bit flat when they arrived, they were put in fresh water and recovered. Very easy to order on line and good value for money

I have used Eflorist for a good few years sending flowers to family and friends and every time the quality of the flowers have been excellent.
The website is so easy to use.
I have just ordered 2 flower arrangement for friends birthdays next week and knowing that they will be delivered on time and lovely.

Always use eFlorist when sending flowers whatever the occasion. The flowers are fresh and long lasting and my family always love to receive them. I am never disappointed with their service. Their prices are very reasonable and there is a lovely selection of arrangements to choose from.

Ordering and delivery

The process and choice of options to choose from is always good and the prices are great and special offers too, your website is laid out well and a pleasure to use compared to some sites.
The delivery process and notifications from Yodel are also great so I know when they have been delivered to the person I purchased the flowers for. They always comment on how lovely they are and appreciate the way things have been delivered.
Keep up the good work, highly recommended.

These are the worse florist on the web. Their initial ad says SAME DAY DELIVERY if order is placed before 11am. I placed my order at 7am they took my money then I get a message your order will be deliver in 2 days. The old "bait and switch". NO customer service at all, only automated replies... It was my daughters birthday on the 17th of November, I recived a automated email today November 18th your flowers are on there way and will be delivered in two days. DO NOT USE THEM

Where is my refund?

So I ordered and paid quite a bit of money for same day delivery of a bouquet of flowers. The bouquet was confirmed and monies paid. I then received an email later in the day that the bouquet could not be delivered that day and was offered a totally different bouquet alternative for the following day delivery. In the email it stated that if I did not reply then my ordered would be cancelled and I would be reimbursed the monies. That was Monday it is now Thursday with no communication and no refund. Please could someone contact me and rectify.

Keeping family close!

I ordered the rose and lily bouquet and it was even more stunning in real life than it was in the picture. The flowers lasted much longer than flowers I usually buy in the supermarket too. Will definitely order again!
