The flowers we ordered looked beautiful on the website so we ordered them for a friend. When she recieved them she was in tears and phoned us to say how beautiful they were. It was a Monday morning and I wanted to find something pretty to send to my wife. EFlorist UK had a range of agreeable products and services. I chose a bouquet (a wide range available), confirmed the delivery time (same day was no problem!) paid for the product (very smooth) and thought no more of it. At the appropriate time in the afternoon a knock on the door, my wife went to see who it was - eFlorist. Beautiful flowers, arranged very professionally, a great present. Thank you to all the workers who did the hard work. All I did was click a few buttons.
The flowers turned up quickly by a very friendly lady who gave me (the sender) a lovely compliment for being a gentleman and surprising my loved one:-) How can you not leave positive feedback for that!

Ordered my wife some birthday flower's and box of chocolates. Bouquet arrived in good condition, everything is fine but no chocolates. After 2-3hours after flowers been delivered, driver turned up with chocolates what left us confused.
I've used eFlorist before and the quality has been just acceptable. Believing this to be the exception rather than the norm I placed another order and hoped for an improvement. However, I was disappointed again when I heard from the recipient that the flowers had arrived in a "very poor state". I will certainly think twice before using eFlorist again! Not happy!
Bought as a gift for an elderly relative and she loved them. Was delivered on day requested and as she wasn't in they were left in a safe place (with a neighbour). The flowers were great and look to be lasting a good amount of time. I was informed of the progress of my order at all times and emailed when delivered. Thank you.
I cannot believe I received an email to ask for a review in the first place! I have had more emails asking to re use this site than any other! I placed an order which stated delivery on my chosen date ( wedding anniversary) paid and went about my business. On the day ( today) I receive an email at 14.00 to say sorry can't fulfill your order! I mean what can you do it's 2 o'clock on your wedding anniversary your at work til 6 and you are 45 odd quid out of pocket! The best was the response from my email reply, talk about automated or clearly not reading or caring, we will cancel your order payment refunded 3-5 days blah blah blah. Please please use someone else or learn from my very harsh lesson go to your nearest florist
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
