Very poor snd shocking service, offer same day flower range and 5th time I've ordered and on day I've received phone call telling me they can't complete order so have been let down, false advertising, shouldn't advertise a service you can't honour at all times

Our surprise gift turned out to be a box left on a side as recipent didn't know who the sender was, all day. We had to ask if they received it and it was awkward. Message wasn't all there, signatures were left out and it is not acceptable as we wrote a long message with all our names.
The flowers ordered at two days notice for my Ruby Anniversary were lovely, arrived in good condition and on time. Very simple to order, great communication. Very pleased all round.
I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday. Sadly they were not a large bouquet and more a small bunch. So I will not use you again or recommend you. Flowers look lovely but not worth the money they cost.
